*To perfectly execute the 3D depth without any shifting* before running the action go to: Edit> Preferences> Tools (CC Versions) *OR* Edit> Preferences> General (CS Versions) and *UNCHECK* "Snap Vector Tools and Transforms To Vector Grid". then run the action and all things will be alright!
