ABOUT THIS CHANNEL | I am a wife to an exceptional man, a mother to beloved daughters, a diligent homemaker, and a businesswoman. But before all these roles I am a woman who belongs to The Lord. A daughter to the God of The Bible through the work of my savior Jesus Christ. On this channel, you will enjoy content designed to cultivate a rich experience of biblical womanhood. You will be encouraged to place your true hope and faith in the Lord. You will also hear hard discussions about accountability and personal responsibility for your life and what it produces. We embrace real character and integrity as much as we do physical beauty and femininity. We are called to be women of our Father's Kingdom and to honor Him with our speech, actions, and modest yet feminine dress. I would love to have you along for the ride as we embrace a manner of life that brings honor to the name of our Father and get to the work of accomplishing our mission.

Woooow, your selection of soaps is so beautiful! And the process is so loving and careful. Just ordered the Ginger Beer variety. So glad I can source my skincare from a Christian, Black woman-owned company! So glad you are being obedient to the Lord. Sending love!

That’s exactly how my mom washed my hair as a child. I forgot about that until now 😅I’m biracial and my mom is white, but she took good care of my hair with the little bit of knowledge she had. As an adult, I’m still trying to learn how to best care for my hair. It’s definitely a process, so videos like these are always appreciated 🩵

Bindi, most black women’s childhood hair experience was not the sugar coated rituals you describe if one had 4a/b/c hair. That particular type of hair has been treated roughly and beaten into submission. Painful detangling and forceful combing sessions which broke our hair and kept it short, contributing to the fallacy that our hair cant grow long. I am an adult now with long natural hair because i had to unlearn all the traditional ways we have been doing hair.

Most have one predominant hair type. That’s the whole point of the classification. So someone with predominantly 4c hair doesn’t think they can get 3c results.

Beautiful and you make it seem so effortless. Thank you for sharing. May I ask, what was the deciding factor in chopping your little one's hair? I think she had locs at some point. I'm just curious.

I have eczema on my scalp and am suffering from a lot of itching. Any recommendations to a soap that I could buy that’s similar to the one you made?

Thank you for explaining the kitchen sink hair washing phenomenon. As an African, this has always puzzled me about American culture 😆 Also, Joyce (Bindi) you are just all sorts of awesome! ❤

It’s really not a deep phenomenon, it’s simply easier on the moms back than bending in the tub and less likely for water to flow in the childs face
