Thanks for the great overview & useful info guys. I got the first WFO long arm that Arabia’s Overkill installed on my 392 a few months back. I’m loving it! I went with the Fox 3.0 internal bypass front & rear and the ride is shockingly better than stock. It’s first real test will be winter fun fest in a few weeks 🤘🏻

Wow! What a build…Awesome. Didn’t know the Tazer update offers a 2WD option but totally agree with your opinion on the AWD especially living in Michigan. (2WD + MT tires + Snow / Ice + 470hp = Super Sketchy)

Great build. Awesome look. But those aren't 40's. 39's are actually 38's. That said, I still like the look. I do have a question, that may not get answered, but I'll put it out there. Why do your brackets put the rear lower control arm so low? Is there a patent issue that prevents you from designing it tucked up more like the competition? I really like your product, but won't pull the trigger due to that low hanging bracket for the rear.

the km3 39's actually measure around 37.8" unmounted making them measure even smaller mounted. Definitely not 40s!

Hi, what gear ratio do the Dana 60s have ? Thank you
@adidas42752 жыл бұрын
So the long arms..... the length of the upper arms and lower arms are pretty different in the front and their mounting points are in pretty different plains.... how does that affect the pinion angle on full stuff & full droop? The artec, genright, Rock Krawler long arm kits (not for the 392) all have very similar arm lengths and the frame side mounts are right on top of each other, which is intentional to keep the axle from rotating as the suspension cycles... This long arm kit seems to sacrifice that geometry, is that due to the 392 size and mounting?
@wfoconcepts

The location of our long arm front brackets are the same on all JL's. We feel the placement and Geometry is the best case scenario we could come up with. It is very close to factory specs, just longer. From the factory, the uppers are 83% the length of the lowers. On our kit, they are 84.6% the length of the upper. With the exhaust in the way on 6 cylinder and 4 cylinder, we feel this is a great ratio. Yes, the caster will slightly change on full travel, but this is exactly how it was stock.

Are you folks located in Sacramento California? I’m looking for a shop I just ordered a 392 and will be here within two months and I normally build my own Jeeps but I’ve never had long arm kit and I’d like to do something similar, I am in Sonoma County, I can’t find a decent shop around here I’d like to do something similar to your build I like my Jeep so little bit taller because to get to a cabin across a River more than a few times a month I like the height I’m wondering if your kids would go with 4 1/2 inch springs? It’s funny my Jeep I have now is set up very similar to yours but never had long arms it can you give me your shops phone number? If you’re in Northern California
