It's a little weird that everyone is so against the dad. Abdul mother didn't even tell him he could have been the father and apparently when he came to the home she still didn't say anything. I often feel like Karamo favours women than the men. Two people met that day and a baby came out of it. If the mother didn't inform the guy then how is he supposed to know. The issue here is that we want to feel bad for the woman because she raised him alone for 39years. It's just odd to me. The sister being there too like a chihuahua was seriously too much. It's about the son and the father.

This father on the stage need to recognize how blessed he is to have a son as handsome and as understanding and kind as he is. He wants to move forward, not dwell in the past. He is apart of your legacy, now you have 5 kids. That's beautiful. I hope everyone (sister) can move past the hurt and see the bigger picture. A long time ago, they had post locators, and they also had a “Worldwide Locater”, but even then, results weren’t guaranteed. I had a really good friend that I looked at as a little bother, and I would absolutely love to find him and see how his life is going, but in all the years that I’ve searched, I’ve only come up empty-handed.

How can they demonize Mike when he didn't know he had a child? Many 19 yr old youn people will have sex outside of their committed relationship. It is a function of that age. I am disappointed in Karamo. He doesn't know if Abdul's mother was mistaken in her memory of Mike meeting Abdul when Abdul was 3 months old. Meka is acting like some kind of fairytale got destroyed for her. Everyone needed to reflect on how the average 19 yrs old teenager behaves. The focus should have been moving forward from where they all were. Abdul is the one most affected, and he was the most gracious and level-headed.

Abdul’s mother said it best without judgment to Mr. Michael’s defense, “we were young, don’t worry about it”. You can’t change the past but you can certainly begin to build the present and future. Abdul’s sister needs to accept her dad’s apology, release her mother’s offense, and begin to live in the moment free of judgement for her dad. When a person feels judged, it makes for an uncomfortable environment. Give him the liberty to just be free then perhaps, he’ll open up and share more with you daughter.

I also don't believe the Dad did anything wrong as far as not knowing that he had a son. That was the mother's job to convey that information. HOWEVER, I do have an issue of the lack of emathy he displayed during this episode. He had excuses for everything, even after receiving the results. Like let's use this time to comfort your son instead because he was the one that really needed the answers and the support

It's mom's fault. Im 29 soon to be 30 next month and i never met my father, when I reached out to him he told me my mom never informed him about me. He knew i existed but was wainting on my mom to tell him that i was his. He's now married with two other daughters. So he couldn't give me the relationship i wanted because he's married and that his wife was fighting with him because of me. It's sad what our parents put us through because all i wanted was a relationship and nothing else.

With all due respect Karamo i respect you but this man truly didnt know. Its so upsetting to see everyone ridicule him. He honestly didnt do anything wrong in this sense. Yes he had his fun being a teenager but the mom said nothing to him. How was he suppose to know that he had a son. Its also overwhelming for him. All i see is people putting the blame on him including his daughter. Yes i am a parent too. And i would not keep it away from my potential childs father but if you look at it. The mom really didnt think he was the father until later and the actual father had no idea that he was infact the childs father. Its not fair that this father is being put to blame for everything. I sincerely feel for him and hopefully he will now have a relationship with his son after not knowing. I had to put myself in his shoes. He did dirty when he was a kid but has grown up to be a good man. Give him the benefit of the doubt.
