A screened in porch and a roof. A solid front door for privacy and security. Bookcases on either side of the fireplace, instead of books on the floor. There could be an end table and lamp there to turn on when entering.A wooden cabinet would be far more attractive than that arched thing. No one wants to see, hear, or smell a toilet from the living room. Put it by the back entry, away from the kitchen.

I would have the back door out from the laundry room rather than the living room. I’d have windows on either side of the fireplace instead. Corner pantries in the kitchen take up a large amount of real estate. Id sacrifice the corner pantry for more countertop space.

Not a bad layout, but I'd want more windows instead of the artificial fireplace. The kitchen is quite small, lacking both storage and counter space.

I really like this place!! Only a few little things I would change but ,overall, beautiful!

The right wing of the house should be extended back to eliminate the planter and to make it even with the left, the laundry should be removed from that part and replaced by a bedroom or a study, the master should be removed from behind the kitchen and the kitchen should be extended into the back with the laundry and a common bathroom on that side of the house. The back porch should be removed to push the living room back in line with the wings of the house and replaced by a patio. The whole house seems squished narrow and the lack of windows in the living room is very strange, to say the least.

I cannot believe they think the master opening directly off the dining area is a good idea. That's crap. If anything, a laundry-mud room that leads to the outside should be pretty much off the kitchen. Bedrooms should never be near the cooking and eating areas. Not a good design at all. Not to mention having the bathrooms directly off the bedrooms instead of having a main access to one with the second bedroom next door to it. Having visitors walking through any bedroom to use the bathroom is insane.

There is a toilet from the laundry room. No need to use a bedroom toilet. But I agree with most of the other comments.

Sorely disappointed in the kitchen. Not sufficient enough cabinets. And that thing in the corner called a pantry wouldn't hold any of what I do as I buy in bulk.
