Yes, it’s for those of us in our mature years who may not have the same skeletability that we used to have, but instead, we have a more well honed sense of intuition. At least, that’s who what I had in mind when I put this one together.

Good question, Marie! Om is often chanted as an opening or closing ritual to define the time we are dedicating to our practice. Chanting also causes vibrations in the body that can enhance your state of calm and wellbeing and relax your nervous system. ❤️
