When you are feeling overwhelmed and stressed one of the best ways to start feeling like your life is in order is to write lists.
Writing lists helps you feel like everything is in order, helps you visualize what you want and how you can get there, lists help you prioritize, help you stay on track, and lists help improve your memory.

    I love your ideas for the "I Don't Care" Restaurant list, and the Fridge and Freezer Inventory list! I'll definitely be adding them to my planner for 2021! ##### My meals list are for myself alone. Hubby and I each cook for ourselves, and have for more than 50 years, because he's a vegetarian and I'm a meat and starchy carbs eater. My meal planning list/s look like a Chinese menu: Choose one from column A, (main meat or meat casserole), one from column B (starchy carb - potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. if the main is NOT a casserole), one from column C (side veggie - corn, beans, peas, relish plate or salad, etc.), one from column D (bread or roll type), one from column E (fruit or dessert).
