328 is low for all of those mods. I would expect 340+. Some dudes managed 350ish. They pull on 18+ gts too.

Yea it depends on motor health, i have a 09 with 100k miles. But our dyno was pretty harsh and it was read in SAE format

Idk man personally the Z really shines on the mountain pass or canyons. We get gapped on the freeway yes, but it's over once we reach the touge.

@@jackwilson8651 I'll probably get a ton of hate but HP numbers are just for clout, what matters is the whole stability of the car and how fast you can get that power put down so you can blast around those corners and keep the car stable through chassis/suspension work as well as cooling for the whole car.

Carbon doors,hood, and trunk on the z and port the heads with some valve springs so u can rev to 9 you’ll be around 400whp on e85. You’d probably win with just the carbon upgrades and get a lighter drive shaft and flywheel they make a huge difference you would definitely make 400whp with ported heads flywheel and a driveshaft on e85

Hey the HR is the next best option. I have a motordyne Y pipe and tomei single exit. If you want maximum power I recommend just get a full isr single exit and it’ll be the same

No not true anymore..I have the chance to have both...my PP1 mustang destroy my Z..you need to try them back to back..only a hater or a fanboy will be blind to this. They are not in the same league.. . You need a 2023,400hp,with the vr30dett to compete with the 5.0

Nice my boy has a 370z that I'm probably gona be buying for my daughter..I have a srt6 that's gaps 5.0s and ss camaros..I also put the gap on my boys 370 at big country speedway..still got love for the mustang my wife has a 06 s197 3v gona do a 5.0 aluminator swap in the future.

Something is either seriously wrong with your Z or that Mustang is also modified and tuned. People in the comments are saying that's a stock Mustang but I ran a ton of Mustangs from ecoboost, 3.7 and plenty of 5.0's and I pulled on all of them except 1 that was supercharged. Also, don't no-lift shift like that unless you wanna fry your clutch.

@@Jesus_slowzee I saw the date of this run, don't sweat it man. I think your exhaust setup is causing a bottleneck in the Y pipe sections. Those ISR 2-to-1 pipes tend to do that

@@Jesus_slowzee It depends on the diameter of the single pipe but you can get more from a true dual like an H or X pipe (two pipes that touch with a hole between them, like Fast Intentions) or a large-diameter single exit. Yea I'd say Motordyne is mainly for sound and not for squeezing power, they sound amazing irl

@@Lofi.z34 yea man i had art pipes and a resonated motordyne Y and tomei and it sounded so amazing. But the resonator piece was getting damaged probably by my flame map so i just traded for a isr

You can almost get 500whp with FBO on e85 on those new coyotes. Much more potential than an outdated V6. Cant wait to see the new Zs

@@Jesus_slowzee I’m in the same boat. Always had imports but lately I have been so tempted to sell my Evo and just buy a GT500. The only thing stopping me is that it’s offered only in automatic. I’m not a fan of that. Maybe a Hellcat will do since they are kinda cheap for what it is and are offered in manual.

Did you not read the description? The 370z is fully bolted and tuned on E85, Mustang GT here is stock, so if you're asking what's faster stock, the GT is. But at the end of the day it depends on your preference. Are you into Japanese or Muscle? If you're looking for straight line speed off the lot then Mustang GT, but if you're a fan of the HR then go for the 350z. They have readily available turbo kits for the 350z as well if you want to go down that route. A boosted 350z is no joke, and the HR can handle a lot of power.

Well this was my first race. I just got tuned like 2 days before and my shifting was dog ass and i was shifting super early. Look at my most recent race and you’ll see the difference 😂 but this was still pretty fun

That last race was about how it went when one rolled up on me.

I have a 2018 mustang gt 6 speed with borla catback, cold air intake and 85 mm throttle body, raced a 350z rolling at around 70mph, I was shocked how I I destroyed him with around 5 car lengths, love my car, shorty headers and aftermarket converters getting installed next month

All that to lose to a stock v8....lol

Got a twin turbo 370z 538whp stock gt gets smoked every time but a turbo gt I get smoked
