One of my favorite series... and I used to watch it passionately when I was a young child!!! How beautiful those days are... they will never be forgotten and remain in the memory..

お父さんが亡くなった時は悲しかった😢 ファンでした。 可愛い姉妹達も大好きでした。 また放送して欲しいです。

大草原の小さな家は高校生の時に初めてテレビで見てから何度か再放送を繰り返してましたね。今はDVDセットや携帯電話でも見られるのでいいですよね。何度見ても楽しいくて感動させてくれますね。ローラ役のメリッサギルバートちゃんが20ぐらい前に化粧品のコマーシャルに出てきてだいぶ大人っぽくなっていたのに驚きました。今現在は彼女ももう50才ぐらいだと思います。お父さん役のマイケルランドンさんは早く亡くなっていますよね。出来れば今でも当時おじいさん、おばあさん役の人を除けば全員元気でいて欲しかったと思います。本当に古き良きアメリカの時代のさわやかな家族で楽しく見れるいいドラマでした。

True. He played Toby when they were living in Winoka for a while when Walnut Grove failed and they could no longer making a living there.

You forgot Royal Dano who played Hector. He was Sylvia's father. Also James Jeter who played Hans Dorfler the blacksmith in town. Also Leon Charles who played Mr. Standish the owner of the hotel and Charles' boss in all the Winoka episodes. And Ruth Foster who played Mr. Foster the postmistress. Also Richard Basehart who played Mr. Applewood the schoolteacher when they fired Ms. Beadle because she couldn't control the older students. Richard Mulligan who played Mrs. Whipple's son Granville died also as well as Ford Rainey who played the ophthalmologist in Sleepy Eye Dr. Burke. Also Barry Sullivan who played Caroline's step father Grandpa Holbrook. There are many others who only appeared in one episode who are long gone as well. Such as Lew Ayers who played Lem McCary the mayor of Walnut Grove. I think a great majority of the adults in the series are all gone now. Sadly. But yet it HAS been 50 years since the series premiered. I remember watching most of the episodes when I was a boy when it first ran back in '74.

GARVEY not 'carvery.' I never liked Alice. She always seemed so mean to me. To her husband and son. To the kids when she was teaching in the school. Plus she never told Jonathan that she had been married before until her mother told her that her first husband got out of jail.
