The submarine has a visible speedbuild process and it will most likely be shared in the video-mission featuring it anyway. The Paramotor, requires some "Making History" parts, and probably that glitch has even been fixed. It has a (very simple) visible speedbuild process too. This rover... well, for this glitch you just need to attach those 4 big wheels to something and you're good to go.

Only possible on Gilly. Even Minmus has an escape velocity that's too high and you'd have to be traveling on a downward slope or a ramp, if you do it on the flats you'll be on suborbital trajectory before you get to escape velocity.

So, when I build put the wheels on my rover, (I use the symmetry tool of course) it makes the wheels be opposite of eachother, causing the vehicle to not turn properly.
