I use a two in one shampoo and conditioner 1. Wet your hair 2. Comb it out 3. Apply two in one and brush 4. Rinse it out 5. Second round of two in one (shampoo and conditioner) and brush for as long as you can 6. Rag up (double compress if you have a lot of hair 7. Rinse it out again with the durag on 8. Apply a towel on top of your durag and wait till it dries and keep your durag on for as long as you want minimum 2 hours

Proper brushing at crown area gives that natural swirl rotation, mines just started swirling properly in area and makes a big difference overall

I fell off myself the last 2 yrs 💤 without my durag, I brushed bout 5 times a week during stretch but however bettered my pattern thru using right strokes on angles and wash and style it lays easily still from 7 yr stint in the game but checking out this video for more effective wash and style...I also used oils for low porosity hair back then t, no pomades to hardly no product but bout to make a push again for proper conditioning on hair my pattern nearly elite in flow connection and crown which can shift from 540-360 natural wave pattern with the change of stroke at crown

You forgot to use the plastic bag my guy. After every brush session I normally end it off with a deep plastic bag session to lay it down.

Okay can someone help me out real quick so basically I wet my hair right and I got a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner and I put it in my hair and then rinse it out and then brush my hair until it’s dry and then put my coconut oil in and brush for a while then put my rag on So is that what I’m supposed to do?

I simply comb my hair out before wetting it. Than I wet my hair just to use cowash brush it in my hair so that can get all the dirt up. (Hard) than rinse out. My step is to use my shampoo brush it through rinse it out. Than I use leave in condition with some Castro Oil brush and than use my plastic bag and apply my durug on let it set for about 10 minutes rinse out and let it stay that way until it dry and come back and use my other products and get an good brush session in

You were meant to put the rag on and then rinse out the conditioner, then let dry completely before unrag! Anyway now you know

So can a waver use any 360 wave process brush for wash n style?

I stay with a fade, and rely on truly natural waves. Five days after my first initial cut I go back and get a line up and a beard clean up. Then on the second week it needs to be cut back down to a fade. So I guess I wolf for two weeks. But I stay with a bald fade ( wave length) I don’t have heavy waves but I have waves within my fade if that makes sense

Question: I’m a woman and when I try to wave only the back comes out with waves, the top and sides don’t wave good like the back. I cut off all my locs in April and my hair had grown in but it’s straight and it won’t curl. Perhaps I have to wait for my hair to grow longer? Is there a certain length it needs to be to 360 wave?

You have to cut it again, down to 3 guard or lower. You have to start over. The new hair is what can be trained, the old hair can be trained but not so much, especially if it was hair which was part of your locks. Think of it like a plant or something.

With Waves I Think You Should At Least Wash 1-2 Times Per Week. With All Product You Put In Your Hair Causes Build Up. And Hair Gets Dirty When You Exercise A lot

Eli Boyd you should shampoo as needed. Cowash maybe once a week. You dont need to add a ton of product because your scalp is always producing what it needs. When you brush a lot as well, you are stimulating your scalp and distributing the oils. Remember to clean yours brushes
