Gorgeous house, 10 out of 10 would live there, but as a Digital Artist, I've got to give props to whoever did all of this. The modeling is so smooth, the lighting and texturing is so realistic, the camera tracking and render was also very smooth, and it's just overall beautiful!

I really liked this small house. If I were to change anything, it would be in kitchen. I would have the same size window that’s over the sink to the one at the end of the counter. I would then add more counter space & a microwave could be place there. I very nice house.🥰🦋🌟

My suggestion exactly. Make those two kitchen windows the same size. You only lose a little bit of window from the second, but you have the windowed door right next to it. Extending the counter would add more work space to kitchen.

I would think about the bar counter being the dining table and make it larger. Storage underneath and make it countertop level.

I’d guess one was for hot water heater and electrical boxes while the other was for a furnace. Center of that wall was closet on other side for master bedroom. The closet in the laundry room could be used as a pantry.

The mud room/ laundry combo is the best

As a senior I love this house. For me the one thing I would change is the color of the wood, I prefer darker wood, but otherwise it’s perfect.

Adorable! I really like the over all function and ascetics of the floor plan. To make it work for my family I would start by eliminating the mudroom/laundry door entry from the front porch and reconfiguring the laundry area to allow back door access from the back of house. We work outside a lot and a half bath along with the mudroom/laundry area would be great. I would also eliminating the side by side bathrooms. Instead create a water closet with access from the hall for everyone. And a separate 'Bathe" room with vanity, tub and shower area between the rooms which would be a really nice retreat. We enjoy soaking in the tub and being rushed because someone needs the toilet is unnecessary. imho

I really like the floor plan but I’d have to go with something else besides the wood on wood on wood design.

I don't understand a house with no tub. Always seems incomplete.

Haven't used a tub since I was a kid. Only showers. And now, even if I had a tub, I wouldn't be able to use it now. I'd have to call for assistance to get out. 😂

I can’t find fault with this one!! It’s laid out in perfectly usable form. I’m so happy to see a mud room for family use instead of something in the living room. Adding a coat tree just inside the front door would be super easy for guests. The door separating the rear entry is genius to keep the cold out of the main part of the house and to block noise from the laundry equipment. And the laundry area is not right beside the exterior door for dirty hands, coats, etc. to bump against clean clothes. I don’t know what the little doors in the kitchen are for but would hope one is a pantry. Outstanding!!

No outlets in the bathroom or kitchen.

Really cute. I love the porch and all the doors that lead out to it! The secondary entrance is set up for family use with its coat hooks and bench. The kitchen is a decent size, and there's additional space in the pantry/laundry area. There are also two closets which, if not used for heat and hot water equipment, can be for more storage. This house checks all my boxes!

Very pretty little house

This design has a lot of appeal. I really like the blonde wood paneling and windowseat in the front bedroom. But living where winters are cold and long, having no coat or closet area at the principal entry doesn't work for me. Nor does 4 external doors. I would eliminate the french doors in the living room replacing it with a wall of library shelves and cabinets (and the TV), allowing space at the entry for guest coats and boots. The back door steps are also too narrow to not have a railing. That back yard is calling for back deck or covered porch.

This is almost exactly the plans I am looking for. Just dreaming but 3 changes I would make: a walk in tub instead of the shower in the bathroom (I'm older) and it would put a tub in the house, the 2nd bedroom a murphy bed and use the room as an office or den most of the time (since I am a widow and need a den more than a 2nd bedroom but I'd like the option of changing it to a bedroom when guest visit). I'd also have a big deck on the back for outdoor eating and relaxing and have a door from the master bedroom so I could go out in the morning without having to walk through the house. Basically what I have now except no upstairs which is wasted space to me now that my kids are grown and on their own. This is lovely and very well done.

I love it. I would have to make sure all the doors were wide enough for a wheelchair. And I would get rid of the French doors in the living room because of cold weather.

that laundry room by the deck is excellent as you can go directly to it. Good when the grand kids are visiting and making a mess of themselves. But every house needs a fireplace in it especially if you live where it regularly gets freezing or below.

As a single, I love it. Really love the doors leading to the porch on the side, but it makes for too many potential entrance points for a burglar(4: front, back, off livingroom, off laundry room). I would eliminate the one off the laundry room. Bedrooms are just a little bit small, but I could use one as a home office.

Not a fan of houses built on posts and piers though I live in one. This is a very presentable home. Covered porch and pretty elevations. The living room is pretty generous and the French doors could be open making the outdoors very accessible. The kitchen is just right, no need for any more. Love. The mud room/laundry. Didn’t see a desk anywhere. I guess the kitchen will have to do.

I like the idea of mudromm + laundry, but it doesn't make sense to go through kitchen to go to the laundry!

Charming house. Would always have rails at back steps and ramp access for an elderly person in a small house. Electrical outlets not displayed, I would want many, even a docking station in anew design.

Being elderly, I prefer a shower. I have trouble getting in and out of a tub. I can understand someone younget wanting a tub though.

I would sub a tub/shower to the master bath, & see if there’s a way ti open up the wall between the living room & kitchen.

SHOULD HAVE PUT THE SAME SIZE WINDOW THAT IS ABOVE THE KIT. SINK - NEXT TO THE FRENCH DR AND PUT ANOTHER BANK OF DRAWERS UNDER THE WINDOW. DRAWERS ARE ALWAYS APPRECIATED SINCE YOU DON'T HAVE TO BEND IN HALF TO DIG FOR STUFF. KITCHENS NEVER HAVE ENOUGH STORAGE. LOVE THIS HOUSE , EXCEPT THE CEILINGS ARE ALWAYS TOO LOW. 10' CEILINGS ARE THE BEST ....

Good floor plan but I would cut down on the number of doors and windows to have more wall space. I feel fewer doors and windows would save on energy by controlling heat and cold transfer. Also I would want one of the bathrooms to have a tub.

For a small house, way to many doors causing wasted space! Literally 3 doors in the livingroom!

I hate when the patio eats into the interior space of the house. The extended patio should be an add-on along the full length of both sides of the house giving the interior the maximum space.

The double doors in living room take up usable wall space odd window directly next to back door kinda silly. Woukd NOT want windows in the bathroom and shower doors need to be frosted specially in guest bathroom. Suprised it has ONLY two bedrooms at nearly 1300 sq ft. The laundry room could be smaller to give kitchen its space to allow for a bigger closet in master bedroom. Porch is very nice.
