I also reduced 36kgs. I was too obease. Doing cardio,weight training,each muscle training manually at gym. Gymming 3hrs including rest 30mints.6days of week.. Protein diet, Dance,stretching session Deficit calorie monitoring. Discipline. Diet sensibly. Still same rotene. I loose it in 1.5years. Alhamdolillah. Without any instructor.

What she is describing sounds like ‘starvation/ binge eating junk food diet’. Her daughter is not eating all day and when she eats it’s junk food. So there’s no nutrients or proteins going into her body. Yes you lose weight this way but it’s very unhealthy for the body and will easily gain back. For losing weight you should eat healthy and do portion control along with exercise. Avoid junk and sweets but you can have it occasionally In small amounts. Amber seems desperate to share content to stay relevant online.
Not the right diet. I am been doing intermittent fasting from past 3 years. I eat one meal but eat a complete healthy meal, with power pack smoothie, nuts, whatever I cooked that day with one and half roti. And all the good quality supplements. I work out 5 days a week, big no to junk food. Sugar is the main culprit so stay away from sugar. Jab tak calories deficit me nahi Jain ge you will not loose weight. Ap ke demag me ye sooch nahi honi chahiya weight loose kerna hai instead fat loss per focus kijiya. This young girl is doing all wrong jitni fast weight loose kiya hai utni jaldi wapis aa jai ga weight. Do consult your doctor. Get regular blood work done. Eat a balanced meal.
Intermittent fasting 18 hrs/16/17 Black coffee Chia seeds Oats / 2 kebab Ispagol Juice palak+1/2 apple+ 1/2 cucumber+ less beetroot + carrot less+lemon Raat ko 2 pizza slices/ anything Fish/ chicken/ soup Walk/ gym

Vegetable bhi lain roz change karain khana but oil kam use karain olive oil use karain but bht kam sab kuch khain daal sabzi channay bus roti or rice chor dain or sab say bari baat khana khanay say 15,20 minute pehly 2 glass pani pi lain

Totally wrong diet yh Meine b kia tha 4 saal phele aur mera 4 months mei weight 57 ho gaya tha but usky baad mere baal bht gir gye aur skin b kharab ho gyi thi then mujhy oil use krne pare hair growth k liye and iron deficiency b ho gyi thi

@@faizaimran190 Yes, I was overweight for YEARS dieting on and off till I exercised portion control. Now I eat what I like (obviously I try to include healthy things also) but I eat everything in moderation, and now I'm finally at a healthy weight for my height.
