A lovely Philips FP20 35mm cinema projector. Fully plug and play with built in amplifier. All you do is plug it in and enjoy. No more hassle than a 16mm machine (apart from lacing her up).
Жүктеу.....

Thank you for sharing - lovely set up! I too have found that 35mm can be much easier to accomodate than 16mm in the average home. in my case, I use a Vic5 on a custom made base with a 'chopped off' Rank Aldis Tutor 2 as a lamphouse. The 24v 250w lamp via the condenser optics throws a nice 7ft wide picture at some 20-22 ft lamberts screen illumination I had experimented with cold LED lamps but soon gave up on the idea. 'Screen size' is not important; a clean and sharp 7ft wide image looks huge when you're sitting just a few feet away from it.

It does waft through at a fair old speed. Exactly 1 and a half foot a second (90 feet per minute). That large spool contains 6000ft which will run for an hour and 6 minutes. It used to scare me like crazy when I was a kid and started my first show at the Classic Cinema, Rotherham. If the film broke and the projector kept running, the floor would get covered in film before you could blink.
