I think it’s a fun idea but videos never really perform well when they are longer than 10 minutes, I believe. It’s interesting to see how your life looks like but perhaps people are more interested in the super duper secret pizza making skills😄

I love your tutorial videos and have also watched the longer ones. I haven't watched this one yet, mainly because I don't need to immediately know how to make hundreds of Pizzas. Maybe change the title to "Make many pizzas for friends and parties"?

here in brazil we have two non-cheese pizza flavours: "baiana - which is filled (or would be topped. i don't know hehehe) within green and red peppers, chili peppers, and some other things but no cheese at all. the other one is marinara, which of course is very famous. no way for pizza without cheese. I always have in mind about a pizza within melting cheese upside and a crust cheese downside. 😋🧀🍕

This is hard work, not often is this shown but you Vito do it with flying colors. Respect to You.

Hey Vito, cheers from Toronto. I have a small pizza catering in Toronto and really enjoy all the effort that you put in producing your content. Catering is really hard, that’s so much work before, during and after that most people don’t understand. Thanks for sharing!

That was insane! I truly had anxiety watching you getting from one party to the next.. Was wondering how on earth you were going to do the second one and was quite relieved to see the other guys handled that one .. I was thinking no way the time allowed you to be in three places !

Thank you Vito for putting this together. the pumpkin pizza looked so good! I have to try that. I made the mushroom one with the whipping cream base a few weeks ago and it was amazing and a big hit with my family. keep up the great work that you do!

I personally love the long videos, I learn so much more. This last pizza, is one I will make for dinner tommorrow. Since watching you, and taking your class, my future daughter in law (who is also a professional baker) and I are seriously considering staring a pizza business! I have learned from you over the last three years, from starters, like poolish, biga, levito madre to prooving, salt contents for controlling the time to slapping the dough, toppings, heat control and cleaning of the oven and even preparing for big amounts of pizza! My pizza game has completely transformed since the beginning. I'm now at a point where I'm planning to open my own pizza business, because pizza is love and life! All the best from the UK!

You sure make yourself have long hard days work doing three at a time, yet always incredible pizzas. Wonderful video, and appears you have very great help, that are as dedicated as you in making great pizza. Great job Vito. Although knowing traffic in LA, may want to reduce the parties to just two per a day at best. Great video!!!
