@@sowhat... Chunky and gross. Like drinking last month's milk without the wait. A little bit of curdling in a shot can be ok (usually not enough acid to make it curdle really bad, and you're taking a shot so you don't really notice) Pouring Bailey's and cream in Coke and lime is one of the grossest things I could imagine drinking (unless you filter out the curds, then you've made milk punch).

8:18 - Dry Ice is dangerous. Love the lack of warning on this one... So much sugar used in all of these drink - they look good, but I have no doubt they would in most cases taste terrible.

Step one- Add Bailey's to random concoctions. Step two- Realize in horror that you just curdled your perfectly good (even if overpriced) irish cream. Step three- Throw that garbage out and go look up some real recipes.

But drunk college girls can't stop ordering the "Bloody Brain" shot, ROFL. They deserve the sickness an hour later, if you're asking me. You know what a great dessert shot with Bailey's is? Fill a traditional shot glass with Kahlua (coffee liquor) most of the way. Top with a bit of Bailey's. It's called a "Baby Guinness," and it's adorable. Not only does it look exactly like a tiny pint of Guinness, it's great served with coffee and dessert. People can drink the shot or pour it into their coffee. That's how you use Bailey's in a novelty shot, no curdling at all.

You blow the drink out, wait a minute for the rim of the glass to cool, and then drink it. Generally, it's a bad idea to make flaming shots, as people will try to drink them while they're still on fire. Many humans are very stupid.

Bartender here...the beer trick is sort of a fake...it only works for a second. It's the type of thing a bartender does when a waiter takes too long to deliver a beer, and the 'head' of foam goes flat. Give it a quick stir with almost anything, and the beer will produce a second foam (that only lasts long enough to serve). The problem: It removes even more carbonation from the beer, so it tastes flat when you drink it. It doesn't magically create more carbonation. The fastest way to do this is to just stick a paper-wrapped straw into a flat beer very quickly, then pull it out. Looks like a new beer for about five seconds, LOL. But yeah, some of these drinks were very sus. Putting dry ice into a drink can kill someone. Dry ice is for display ONLY.

These are all so satisfyng to watch. My fave innovative way is turning cocktails inot microdroplets with the AlcoholMist machine

Most of these aren't actual cocktails, just ingredients that match well to make a pretty looking drink, taste wise most of them would probably send you to the hospital for diabetes.

So many fancy colorful drinks…. And yet none of them hold a torch to good old fashioned whisky

As a bartender, I can reassure you that it takes about 35-45 minutes before you would barf from these drinks. Why people want to drink curdles is beyond me.

As a bartender, I often refused to serve anybody a shot with Bailey's once they were already drunk. It's a guaranteed recipe to throw up an hour later.

The drink had vodka, gin, tequila, triple sec, white rum, blue curaco, melon liqueur what kind of rich person can afford too make that drink

Love to hear what Ann Reardon from How to Cook That has to say about these. Some of these are NOT meant to actually be drunk, and dry ice in drinks is VERY dangerous. (Any drink where the cream curdles is just NASTY!! They are meant as punishment drinks. As a former bartender, I hated it when people would order them, because there was a good chance of a "clean-up on aisle stupid" situation. Bloody brain and every version of it should just be served with an emesis bag.
