I can't stress how important it is to have variety in your workouts. Helps prevent overuse injuries, burnout, boredom, plateau, build NEW muscles, and good for the brain! Reminder I try to make THURSDAYS workout some type of fusion class to give you that variety 😉❤.

I couldn't agree more about variety! This workout felt so good to switch it up and I was thinking that I need to do more upper body focused workouts... I don't do enough of them.

This was awesome! Barre with personality!! I’ve been nursing a shoulder issue and this was my first sip back into working the upper body. It was fun, fabulous, and exactly what I needed!!! ❤❤❤❤

Michelle, your workout videos save me in so many ways! It got me through covid without losing my mind and they have helped me overcome a serious health problem! I love the energy you bring and I look forward to working out with you and the girls on the driveway! I’d love to see more barre bounce and kettlebell workouts!

New barre bounce coming on Thursday! I’m not sure about kettlebells. To be honest I’m not trained in them, and I don’t feel I’d do justice to correct technique. I had a friend over one time to show me some moves and I truly need some training before I start telling people how to do something. ❤️
I was going to do one of your yoga/ weights videos today and then I saw this! Thanks Michelle. Really got my heart rate up with the light weights. I was surprised how much.
