What’s even more tragic: if I was counting correctly, if he throws a move to KO Carbink, Dewgong can’t make another move (think it was 4 Ice Shards away or 12 turns) before it gets farmed down.

He's been running Carbink a LOT on stream recently, and FinalBossAJ and I have been heckling him on stream for it LOL

I owe Butters an apology. I wasnt really familiar with his game.

Id hate to think I can tank a aqua tail or power whip and instead get nailed by a Draco Meteor

2:31 perfect match to show those algorithm believers. Hard countered lead, and safe swap, but goes to show if you know your team and manage energy well, it's still winnable.

​@@en20drayt87No I refuse to believe Niantic is good enough to program any kind of algorithm to keep player win rate to 50%, while ELO is a system that does just that without any effort... What you're looking for is just a mixture of meta game and blind matches 👍

The second game when he got core broken by charmer and terrible talon swap, I thought he will ragequit but he manages to get win 🎉❤

Nope, he’ll put an asterisk next to any moves that require an elite tm, like the counter for poliwrath.

Meh not really, Slurpuff isn't that bulky and I believe Poliwrath can force a shield with Scald

Skarm beats it in all even shield scenarios and poli can force a shield, it's no stronger against this team than any other charmer, really
