These guys seem really engaged with the community. They addressed a lot of issue fixes for the near future

I’m really enjoying this game, but man.. the hit reg needs to be fixed asap. There have been so many moments where I shoot the other person first and I still end up dying first. Yes, I could miss shots, but I’ve noticed this a lot especially right before I die and they’re one bullet away from dying, my last bullet connects like I hear the hit sound, but there’s no damage. It’s frustrating, but it’s still enjoyable nonetheless. Hopefully the devs can keep working and improving this game and it will definitely bring over a lot of COD players

As an old school CoD player I stopped playing a while back. I have been playing XDefiant and have fallen back in love with gaming. They nailed it.

sliding and jumping to ADS is faster than the regular sprint to fire time. elite tip for sniping

LMGs are all well until you get people with no hit reg.. since getting to level 20, I find myself coming against more and more people who just eat bullets. Running an LMG into a bunch of guys who dont know you are there only to empty 100 rounds into them and not get a single kill is mindblowingly frustrating.. likewise, teammates that play the damn objective.. this game was more fun at the lower levels, now it just feels like sponges going for kills

Found out about the Nade thing on day 2 of the games launch, safe to say I became addicted to grenade cooking then pelting them at enemies over and over again, getting consistent doubles or triples

@@moldetaco2281 Fr. I play Halo a lot and there are so many tricks and unique skills with many of the things in those game which i use all the time and i never actually see anyone else using those unique techniques/mechanics.

You can put a mine down on a phantom ult and it one shots them when they walk on it just place it behind you when running

I really like the RPK. Doesn't hit quite as hard as the mg but it's got a quick reload. Great for mid/long range

Snipers work much like snipers in CoD. By that I mean different sections of your body have different multipliers. M44 can one-shot enemies that have 100 health from the upper chest and head only. Even with the attachment that increases damage. In many CoDs you have the fast sniper that is typically chest up, and the heavy that is waist up, that's what's going on here. Arms are excluded and will not kill, sometimes the shoulders are included depends on the rifle.

What is the movement settings that allows opposing players to run away from bullets while I am dead before I can react? I am getting hit markers and they are able run. I don’t even have time to react and am dead.

The EMP thing is way better than grenades imo you can shut down annoying abilities

For frags I recommend always cooking it to at least 1 extra arrow as that way at the furthest distance you can throw it will explode as if on impact

@@CasualCat64 Simple way of being fast isn't THAT fun, the fun comes when you do something special to get much faster. Take something classic, rocket jumping. You perform special action, in specific order to sqeeze out extra units per second out of blast pushback, and when you do it correct and get much more than you feel yourself like a pleased monkey. And not because you pressed one button and became slightly faster.

2:51 me and guys from my gaming community decided to give all the likes to those with the lowest level or KD ratio in the team so they get more xp (200xp per like received) and be more motivated to keep playing the game. We want this to be a cultural thing in Xdefiant - to respect and support the new players or those who helped the team with thier abilities but couldn't make more frags.

Hey Merchant; i dont have the fancy computer / knowledge you have in terms of checking sprint speeds but can you verify that the M9 is faster to run with vs the other pistols? The mobility shows highest but your mobility increases on attachments like the silencer which doesnt actually make you run faster so i feel like i cant trust that Stat, and i cant tell by running with a m9 and a deagle for example, but would love to know if it really is faster, thanks!

The game will do it for you just go onto a gun and there should be a button to show the stats, also I’m fairly certain that the m9 isn’t slightly faster than the other pistols

Thanks for the tips but after lvl 25 I’m no longer “having fun” and now see why so many people were/are smurfing in the under 25 lobby. Maybe these tips will help because I feel like I’m getting worse lol

m44 is not only oneshot on head it is also oneshot on chest, it does 112 dmg, the only thing where you need the headshot is when playing against phantoms because they have 120 hp instead of 100

M44 doesn't just one-shot in the head. It seems to be in the upper chest area/neck and of course head. It does not one-shot phantoms though, unless you are playing cleaner. There is some range dmg drop off as well.

When you say spam left and right to counter recoil, do you mean strafe your body, or move your gun?

I love the magnum insane a bit better then deagel 😅

0:50 Something wrong there: You can not shoot the healing ult, this is the second healing ability, the ult is not destroyable!

I've been wondering if phantoms will show up on opponents minimap when they're shooting unsuppressed weapons. I'm getting conflicting info online. Any ideas?

M44 sniper can 1 shot if under a certain range. I thinkkkkk if they're 25m or closer you 1 shot em. Or 30. 1 of the 2

Some of these might be bugged, like shooting from both sides of the phantom shield, because I haven't been able to do that, and some people say you can't destroy the healing ultimate (in this case I've been able to destroy them)

you made a mistake on the damage on mk44. it does one shot not only head but also chest area. only waist and below it does not one shot. tac oneshots for waist to chest area, but does not for legs.

Tac 50 hit markers more than the other sniper for me

They both hit marker anything but chest/head on 100 health classes, tac150 gets the bonus of killing in chest against 120, mk44 doesn't without cleaner/damage attachment. Chest does not include arms/shoulders. Mk44 does ohko the chest unlike the video implies.

Recoil smoothing only benefits PC players right?

I can’t figure out why games like this even have a jump ability in it parkour ability you need, but the two are not really related. You know you run up to something that can be parkour and it triggers the option but jump there’s nothing you need to jump on if you got a jump to get up on it then you shouldn’t be on it simple as that jumping was a stupid idea in the division hopped were people were hopping all around while healing and not reloading was just stupid. It should’ve never been in the game again. There’s nothing you need to jump on Ludacris anyway, can you imagine an actual combat instead of taking cover trying to remain you know, unseen, or unsuitable people would be hopping around on the battlefield waiting until the other side has to reload before they started shooting like this they should make a change so that when you jump spam, your hip gets giganticI mean, don’t tell anybody they did it just make it so that your hip gets really big and the bird shooting at you can’t miss if they tried that will fix the jump and then jump in

1:21 The skill gap always comes back to movement. Being damn near impossible to hit sure makes it easy to not get headshotted, especially when your opponent is pretty much standing still or hiding behind cover. 🤦🏻‍♂️

I think I kinda discovered some mvmnt tech in this game: if you are at full sprint speed and you click jump and crouch at the same-ish time (still working on the timing) it launches you forwards really far, and you know you do it correctly if your weapon is right in front of you as opposed to the jump animation where your weapon goes towards the bottom of the screen.
