This is Session 2 of the Savage boxing Heavy bag seres. Theses boxing heavy bag workouts are ideal for all levels. Ive combined heavy bag combinations, conditioning drills, music, motivational and instructional voice and a round timer. The Savage Boxing Heavy bag workout format is a 1 minute interval before a 20 second rest. The you hit a 40 second conditioning set. We repeat that for 3 sets per round. Like other Nate Bower Fitness Heavy bag workouts. Walk up to the heavy bag, listen up and let your hands go! #slipandcounter

You are great Nate I am 49 and new to heavy bag. I have the motivation! Ran a half marathon this year but question how tight do we tie our hands? I don’t want to break my knuckles
Been using this along with zone training and if you keep it on the intense side and stay light but active during the intervals this burns roughly 550 calories. Standard for hiit is about 380 for 30 mins. Quality workout! Bravo sir 🧐👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This is my all time favorite. Could we have more like this? I like the warm-up, conditioning and the fact that it’s longer than most😉

The last 10 minutes . . so brutal. At first I couldnt find the savage workouts & got sad that maybe they got deleted but it was because I didnt realize these were a year old. Just making my way through the savage videos before I move on to a different one.

Ok love this but Due to my mature but active age..I lose my momentum when it comes to any form of lunge with my stuffed knee. Nate have you got any modifications? 🥊🥊👍👍

I've done msot of the hiit workouts and this one's probably the most brutal. If you're going even 60% it'll kick your ass. 100% and I was done for the day lol.

Wow some of the best things in life are indeed free these are worth there weight in gold, do u take donations for ur videos cause I'm sure many would gladly contribute been doing these bout 3 weeks now daily. Was going to boxing gym for bout a month before the virus these are the perfect substitute. My second ti e doing this one and I would have to say this is the most grueling, its brutal, loving it thank you
Where do you train out of? I’ve wanted to visit Toronto and might try to get a couple boxing sessions with you if in the area.
You are good bud but imagine got gloves on hands and totally warmed up and all of the sudden a long commercial add pops in and breaks your momentum. Taking smaller adds would be helpful 😌
