I can’t waiiiiiit to be able to do this! So far can only do the ‘baby ballerina’ as it’s hard to get the pole wedged into my armpit …. Got it once recently fr the floor on one side so will keep trying!

Hii, is it normal for the hip to hurt and her sore? every time I do this trick my hip hurts and it turns purple like somebody punched it :/
