I started out with a 10# for two years, then moved up to 15# for one year and I just ordered a 20#. For me a good sign to move up in weight is when I can swing the mace for 20 minutes straight comfortably.

Looks pretty easy. I will get one of these. J/K. I use a 20lb and I know how challenging that one can be.

Impressive. I'm currently using a 20kg steel mace on my light days and 25kgs on my heavy days. I have a 30kg and 35kg steel mace in my collection. I'm hoping to progress to the 30 kg by December.

It's good that you are performing on each side, left and right. However, should you perform changing your grip? For example performing on both sides (left and right) and grip changes (left hand bottom/top, and right hand bottom/top).

Sweet! But I think a better way to put it is that you're going _add,_ a 15 to your collection. I have a 10, 15, 20, and 25, and I use them all, all the time. Your 10 will be relevant for the rest of your life.

Super impressive, I came into a 36kg steel mace. It sits in the corner as my goal. I pick it up everyday and work on just holding the weight in that vertical stack. One day I will swing it and 7-10 years seems about right. Currently swinging 16s and 20s. Little by little I will get there. What was the jump to 32kg like. Or have you got 20, 24, 28 etc maces?
@CoachVikingVaughn

Nice, I went from 25kg to 32kg…which is a big jump. So I made it a goal to do a solid 10reps in each direction for 6-8 sets with the 25kg so I could feel confident with the 32kg attempts (1-2min rest in between sets). The trick is viewing your workouts as a practice session with quality low reps and less as a overkill rep scheme. But I have a video here showcasing all the heavy steel maces I use here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qo2YqdetiM3ag9I.html
