Love this home and view is exactly what I will be looking for in 2023 when I move and retire to Florida.

Let's hear the truth. The bank kicked the previous owners out on the street. The HOA has filed a $67,000 lawsuit against the previous owners for conditions, covenants and restrictions, (CCR) violations. Located in a flood zone so flood insurance is required by lender. Home has pulybutain plumbing, foundation cracks and cheap appliances. Has a 20 year shingle roof that is already 10 years old for a 30 year mortgage. Everything in this DR Horton house will break or wear out at the 10 year point. As a licensed realtor and contractor who works on these cheap houses. DR Horton homes keep me in business...

Hi Christopher, this home was being offered for sale, so it is to the homeowner's discretion as to what they would want to rent their home for, but as far as rent in Orlando, a home like this could easily be offered for rent starting at $2000/month. When are you looking to come down?

Hi Kiki, Many times we film the walkthrough prior to the home being listed. We don't have a specified price yet. And it could change. The videos serve as a way to provide showings for those buyers out of state who cannot come to Florida with how quickly homes are selling, not necesarily a marketing tool.
