When people overseas think of Wagyu beef, they may imagine marbled and oily meat, but I would like you to enjoy the lean meat of Wagyu as well. I think the mellow, natural aroma and flavor of the meat makes it a great experience! By the way, the wasabi that the chef introduced is real wasabi. Cheap wasabi is colored horseradish and has a completely different taste and aroma!
