The rehabilitation process finally begins as I am now finished with cervical traction. My days are scheduled with appointments at specific times. Remember, my time at Rancho was back in 1968. I spent roughly 5 months in rehab. Today, 2021, many people only receive a few weeks in rehab following a new SCI injury. I have enough time to be taught and to learn much about how my body now works and how to keep my body healthy. My responsibilities in the rehabilitation process.
