There's a movement in Christianity that's been taking place for years now that is shining the light on many of the theological ideas that denominations have taught for so long. An average Christian just simply accepts the doctrine of their Church, because to them, that's what faith is. Every single word of the scripture is true, and the old and new Testaments are in perfect unison and harmony with each other, but so many Christians are left with questions that denominational doctrines just fail to answer, or worse, they blatantly contradict other parts of the scripture. This fairly new way of going back over the scripture, studying the Hebrew context, and letting it interpret itself is very exciting to me and honestly, I thought I was alone, until I started looking around and began to see ministries like Tim's! There will be haters, cause let's face it, God's people have always had trouble with clinging to their traditions, but I believe the Spirit is reviving the truth in many hearts and I, for one, praise God for it. Thanks for the video!

I understand, but also learned like he was saying, but i forget which topic, but like "Is it this or that?" The answer is, "Yes!" Ha! When i heard of the extreme idea of Calvinism...i forget the terms just now...but part was that before we are born it was already decided if we were saved or not...no choice what so ever. That was their version of God's Sovereignty. Well, that leads right back to snakey in the garden...God is unfair and holding out. When i went to a pastor he said both God's sovereignty and our choice are true. It is a mystery. I think it must be like us thinking we see something maybe through a window...we may or may not think we know what the object is, but when we go inside to see what it is, we say, "well of course!" It is an alignment issue. Scripture definitely helps if we are searching all and using in context, and looking for the depth of meaning; and, of course prayer for the Spirit's Light... however, could be we just cannot, in our current state grasp such dimension of understanding. Can God be both just yet hook the jaw of one nation to cruelly overtake another nation? I guess yes, because He has and told us He would...and is even now. Hard questions for creatures of limited comprehension! But we also know God is all good, all wise, all loving, and all just! Again, just "yes," with limited explanation. All for His glory, His ultimate purposes. Before we judge Him, if we dare, think of thise of us who have painfully parented! Our children just sure we had ill intent towards them and that we were incredibly unfair, unjust, and cruel. They simply could not grasp, the good we intended. They could not see the long term results of their actions or ours. We sure could! My kids did not trust my judgment or my God and continued to rebell and, though successful in world terms, are destitute of character or conscience. Truly a tragedy, but their worldly successes and the sad way they attained it make them think i was wrong. I continue in weeping prayer with my heart broken for them for so many years now. It is like a parable, i guess. And it fits what Jesus asked, "What does it profit a man to gain the whole world if he loses his soul?" Let's pray to align. Sorry if this does not make sense. I get tired and then do not communicate well. But if I wait, i cannot seem to find the discussion again. ❤

This guy is a legend I come from a religion that looks for Signs To try and predict the end of the world. It does not belong to man to know the times and the seasons of his return. Jerusalem was destroyed just like Jesus said it would be, Jesus hasn’t come back yet and only the Father knows when he will, but until he does don’t judge and be loving. 👍🏼❤️

I've been studying, reading, listening to Bible teachers from on spectrum to the other. Some are more anointed than others and certain views seem to be stronger and carry more weight than others. But I have learned MUCH from every denomination. There are certain teachers that cover certain areas of the Bible...certain subjects...a little better than others. I just discovered this man Tim and am excited about the way he makes the Bible fresh and exciting. He has an ability to teach for sure! And a good teacher strives to help hearers understand and perhaps see things in a way they hadn't before. But the Holy Spirit is the ultimate teacher opening the eyes and ears.

Recently I watched some of the videos and was unexpectedly called to facilitate the study of chapter 12 of Revelation to our online bible study and prayer group. I remembered from the BP how everything started with Genesis and started from there and that helped us sort things out. I shared that I started watching The Bible Project and could see how the story hangs together. I can't thank TBP enough.

when you do the work of God, he will supply all your needs you don't have to beg for money from the get-go if you have faith in God, God will provide all your needs, if you are a false prophet you will beg for money because god does not spiritually touch peoples hearts supernaturally for your ministry, this is a big sign of a faithless ministry.

This is so helpful and eye opening! I agree wit the comments to say thank you for letting the scriptures interpret the scriptures! My ESV bible didn’t have the footnote for Isaiah 13 so I looked in the NKJV on my phone, and I did notice that they also had Zechariah 12:12 as a footnote for verse 30, and reading that passage on into the end of Zechariah makes me think that it is both because of the end of the world context that Zechariah seems to be predicting. Others, please feel free to add input on this? All to say though, this is so helpful and may our Father continue to bless his teaching of the scriptures the way they are meant to be!!! Thank you so much for this video

I love his attitude. I have always had trouble with the interpretations of prophecies. They just seemed disconnected, too limited and too culturally based. But his explanation connects all the verses and explains the language. I have been asking the Holy Spirit to teach me about His prophecies. I do believe this is His beginning of the answer. However , these are not reasons for the church to divide or even debate. Christ is returning. I disagree with the interpretation of “ rapture” and the “1,000 years reign”. But, God will do what He has said , so I do not argue about it. Maranatha ♥️

I am a headline junkie, too, but it really got bad since 2015...just wondering even by 2020 when we would open our eyes and find there was no USA anymore. I get why and why covid and many other events, but finding there were still Jesus followers was exciting. I had few around me, none that actually get excited about or really study Scripture with a passion. They do love their published "studies" with a personal agenda and print the scriptural verses that give the answers, according to them. They never need to open up The Word. There is one preacher here who insists that women were never intended to touch the Word of God. They are only to discuss things with their husband or preacher (him). Another preacher says that Q is our revelator! My heart skipped for real. Once i calmed and remembered that Scripture showed it really was nothing new, i was better, much calmer, but still weeping for those i had to leave who were following false leaders and Q! Jesus had this then, when He spoke it and still does. That is all i needed to remember. He shared our sorrows then and now; He went first. The apostles wrote to churches that sound very similar in essence as mine. But mine have not repented even in January 2022. Scripture is so comforting and guiding. But i prayed and pray for peace and love now. I remind God that there are more than 10 still faithful and please to protect, comfort, and encourage the Sons of God to finish well and to remove the darkness blinding people. We really are like sheep and have no more sense...our default, it seems. Please God forgive and help us to see You for real! Only You can do this.

The prophetic books are insanely important to the overall story. While we may not directly be impacted like the gospels, they point to Jesus and that in itself is important. We can pull principles out of the text, apply them and help others learn about the story of Jesus and the Bible

Maybe I'm being stubborn but I tend to agree that Jesus was speaking on multiple chronological levels at the same time and right down to his second return. That's what the prophets did (as Tim pointed out) and that's what Jesus, as a prophet (also as Tim pointed him out to be) seems to be doing here. That seems to be the way things are ordered poetically and prophetically in the Bible. Jesus knew that believers in the centuries to come would have the same questions as his disciples (when? ... and how will we know?) as it pertains to our own historical context. So, it seems to me that he was answering them and us at the same time. I personally believe that the so-called 'labour pains' are intensifying and being increasingly compressed towards shorter intervals (which suggests that the 'baby' is near the exit of the birth canal) and I do believe that the second return of Christ is not that far off, in the grand scheme of things; but, as Tim rightly pointed out, the key thing is to stand firm and to do what Jesus repeatedly advises in that passage - remain spiritually vigilant and alert!

The Messiah had the Passover dinner with the disciples of the Lamb and taught how to do it in the future...he never participated or condoned easter...or participating in, learning, practicing and or adopting any pagan practices. If you're going to worship God learn HIS Holy Days and ways. Matthew 7 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

You’re right I couldn’t find it either. I think he miss said that. So Daniel must of known that when writing about the son of Man’s return to crush the 4th beast 🤷🏾‍♀️

The fourth beast of Dan 7:7 is described in v17 as an earthly kingdom, one of the greatest(v23). Many consider this to be Rome... ultimately the ones that put Jesus to death(trampled imagery). Jesus is then crowned King, and interestingly the glory and dominion is then SHARED with the "saints of the Most High"(v27).

Or what about John who lived longer? It made me wonder who was still alive of the disciples- to see the abomination of desolation standing in the Holy place approx AD 70, just like Jesus mentioned.

Jesus told Christians to pray for God's Kingdom to come and for His will to be done on earth as it is in heaven, Matthew 6:10. These are the last day's of wickedness and injustice, soon Jesus as King of kings will bring beautiful changes to the earth. There will be no more death, pain or sorrow on earth, Revelation 21:4,5. No more wickedness on earth, Psalms 37:9-11; John 3:16. Jesus will do on a grand scale what he did when he walked the earth including raising those who are asleep in death, John 5:28,29. The righteous hearted meek ones will inherit the earth and live forever on it, Psalms 37:29; Matthew 5:5; Proverbs 2:21,22. Earth will be cultivated into a Paradise like God intended in the beginning, Genesis 1:28; Isaiah 55:11. There will only be one government over the earth, God's Kingdom government, Daniel 2:44. In order to receive everlasting life and the blessings that God has promised , we must worship the Father with spirit and truth, John 4:22-24; John 17:3; Isaiah 42:8. Pray fervently for truth and understanding of God's Kingdom government and His will for those who worship Him with spirit and truth! James 4:8.
