My biggest complaint about tiny homes is the entryway and lack of storage in the kitchen. This design is PERFECTION!! Lots of storage, you've got space to enter the home and tuck away coats/shoes and the pantry is wonderful. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this home!

What a great plan. I would use the front storage with the cubbys for a home office.

This is a very spacious house! That has to be the most elaborate entry of any plan I've seen, and I like it! Storage abounds, and there's also a pantry off the kitchen and a big laundry room. I can't find any nits to pick with this one - you've included everything I look for. It's a quality professional plan.

A really, really well thought out design. Just about the 1st time I haven't found anything structural to tweak in a tour of a potential fantasy home. This is a very practical, well proportioned, and storage-rich configuration with great extras like that super area off the entry foyer, a separate pantry & laundry room, small but perfect master en suite with a bathtub, and amazing storage in the 2nd bedroom closet. Other than some decor and fittings changes, I would love to live here. A+ to the designer of this house.

This is my favorite, so far. Don’t care for the decor, but love the house design. I would add some shelves on either side of the kitchen sink, though. I’ll see if I can get an architect to draw up the plans for me! lol

This is beautiful! Pisses me off tho - the kitchen has more storage than my kitchen in my big normal house AND there's a laundry room; yep you guessed it, I don't have that either 🙄

Another lovely design, presented in a most enjoyable way -- in a beautiful, park-like setting.

The roofline of this design makes it look like there should be a small room upstairs, or at least a storage area/attic space. That added space could help store seasonal things, like Christmas decorations, patio furniture, and coats.

Very nice!! I would probably want to use the entry room as an office and use the little nook beside the front door for coats, but that’s simply a personal preference. The layout itself is very functional!

I love everything about the design... _except_ the open floor plan. To me, it's architectural laziness. A dine-in kitchen is ok with me l as long as the living room is separate. I'd need a rework. All the other rooms are just fine.

My one complaint with most of these plans is the lack of a built-in microwave. Many have limited counter space and a microwave is a BIG appliance. Would love to see more plans with the microwave over the cooktop/stove.

Has anyone else noticed how very few of these videos selling house plans include space for mechanicals? Where do you put the furnace, hot water, etc?

It's possible to build one of these houses with a heat pump and on-demand hot water, neither of which require much interior space, but those are not what some of us would choose. The other thing absent in almost all plans is a cellar. Where I live in northeastern US, almost all houses have cellars, and that's where the heating and hot water mechanicals are located.

Window in the mud room not necessary. I would prefer the kitchen to the back of the house. Love the laundry near the bedroom.

very cute, just don't understand the placement of some of the windows--I certainly don't want a full window in my kitchen pantry, nor the front door coat closet. If I was having this house built, I would switch the bathrooms, I wouldn't want a tub in the master bath. Just the shower is fine, the tub can go in the main bath

Love the design of this house. For warmer climates, as South Africa, I would put the laundry room in the space of the extra change room at the entrance. As for the gained room of the laundry room, one could use it as a study or a kids room with double bunk beds. Further enclose the backporch and use it as an outdoor dining area.

Bella, non c'è che dire, ma la cucina proprio non va: avete mai provato a cuocere un cavolfiore o delle cime di rapa? Vi garantisco che per quanto la vostra cappa aspirante sia potente, se non potete chiudere una bella porta la puzza si diffonde dappertutto in casa. Figuriamoci cosa succede se cucina e sala sono un open space! O eliminate le brassicacee dalla vostra dieta, o avrete la sgradevole opzione di far accomodare ospiti inattesi in un salotto che puzza di cavolo. Questa cosa va risolta, inoltre l'isola enorme impatta troppo, e non la trovo necessaria. Si potrebbe spostare la cucina al posto della dispensa e del piccolo locale all'ingresso, facendo la dispensa fra cucina e sala. Ma così com'è, va bene per una casa da rivista di arredamento, non certo per una in cui si vive e si cucina.
