​@@frankthepug9242 the middle is crucial for building the bond between John and the Terminator. Without it the meaning of the movie and the end would not be as impact full. So I would hardly call it a flaw.

I’d add to that list the first Robocop. It’s a movie that works superficially if that’s all you want, but it has way more depth highlighted by its satire and social commentary.

This is in my opinion one of Sean’s strongest videos. He’s very descriptive and says new things about the films he’s covered several times throughout his channel. And his list is pretty unorthodox. Was surprised to not see Alien 3 as his lowest film! Keep it up Sean!!

Blade runner 2049 is one of the most underrated movies of the last decade

Great rankings sean always love your ways of ranking them. Terminator 2 judgment day is definitely number 1 for me too its justs really good and it just has its ways of making really good 👍 😊.

While I disagree with you on the OG blade Runner, I respect where you're coming from, it can be slow. I think the biggest staple of the 80s is how well the plot flows... for the first movie in the franchise. Plots nowadays either don't make sense or are way too far fetched, but the sci-fi movies from the 80s are just so well written

For me terminator is the scariest movie that I’ve seen. The idea of a basically unstoppable robot hunting you

6:18-6:24 In the assembly cut of Alien 3, it was actually an ox and not a dog which makes it less cruel but I understand that it doesn’t change the fact of the scene itself audiences saw in the theatrical version just didn’t sit well

Not me who likes the original bladerunner more than 2049 lol. For me the themes and ideas proposed in the film hit me like no other movie has before. Also the Tears in the Rain speech is the best monologue in any movie period.

The Matrix Resurrections I have seen Prometheus and Alien: Covenant, but I don’t remember either one well at all, so I can’t put them in the list just yet.

I’d say my top 5 would be 1) Robocop 2) Blade Runner 2049 3) Terminator 2 4) Terminator 1 5) Predator Still need to watch the Alien movies

I think Prometheus hurts Alien fans more if they were excited about another Alien movie coming and THEN heard that it was a prequel. As for me, I entered the Alien franchise with all of them already released, so I already knew about there being a prequel. So I REALLY enjoyed Prometheus. I HATED Alien Covenant though
