To test heat you should have tested separate panels due to conduction

Have seen a few other videos complete with their ‘torture tests’, but this was a more real world demonstration and I was instantly sold! Gotta say, that I was expecting more than a couple weeks of protection from 303, but I am excited to see how it holds up this winter. Thanks for channel, great information!

I use 303 for my car. Works great even with minimal prep. I also use it for the wheelwell of my car. It sure makes dirt removal eaiser

Been using Reload for 2 years now with a quarterly maintenance for the Ceramic coat. Glad to see it put to some testing. Looks like I will give the 303 a try when my Reload runs out. Anything and everything that helps keep up the Ceramic helps. The sides take a beating in winter weather up here, and the salt residue sticks to the sides and take a good cleaning before the ceramic will bead up again so the Reload isn't helping much, but the horizontal surfaces still bead like mad. Will be great if it can keep the salt from sticking to the sides.

Just applied to a new Lexus rx350 matador red, easy to apply, easy to remove, looking great. Temp in NC outside was 66 deg. Looks like I can do the windows also. The 303 company video shows a std. hand wash test and coating lasted to about 30 hand washes.

comparing you and other detailers that I totally trust their product test ..... By all means, you are the best

For the temperature test, you really need to do the test on a roof or trunk lid, instead of the hood. Even with hood insulation, you have stored up heatsink from the engine, radiator, etc. Even a blacktop driveway can store heat differently enough to give different readings on the car. Hope this helps.

I use it a lot in my detailing business. But I call it wax, not ceramic. I’m sick of the false claims these company’s make.

With the Turtle Wax guys just down the road from you all, you should try the Seal n Shine or Hybrid Ceramic Sealant. I have had TW Hybrid Ceramic my vehicle since April it was holding up well. I just reapplied it first week in October to get ready for the Winter. I use the 303 UV protectant on the interior I am very happy with it.

Give Hydroisilex Recharge a try , it is the best ceramic spray coating i have ever used and i have tried a lot of them. Great chemical resistance and durability, its barely any difference after a month in performance and pricing is great, at least here in Sweden.

Nice work👍i have tried Turtle wax seal & Shine and there ceramic wax and they still fade off after 3 weeks in normal daily use in spring season here so lots of rain and sun and road grime not high but car shampoo once a week and even ceramic polish and wax give nice glowing shine but wears off after 3 weeks but it easy to apply. It October 2020 now and have had nice results with turtle wax be interesting to compare with 303!

I ordered a bottle of the 303 today. Supposedly its safe to put over coatings. BTW, you can turn the music down a titch

I'm not sure if this is what this guy did but it looked like he machined buffed the 303 section only. I couldn't watch the whole video and I don't know anything about this guy but I guess I just have to see for myself if this product works. I definitely only use 303 on interior and love it. I just know that if he buffed only the 303 section it would hold up with or without it. Maybe he could do another test where he buffs the entire hood first and then tests for 2 weeks. I bet you couldn't tell the difference between all of them 😏.

I know it say no wait time after applying but this is what I noticed. I put the 303 Nono Graphene coating on my 71 Chevelle and the paint was smooth but not slick “at all”. My car is in the garage 90% of the time. After applying, I took the car out for a drive for a few hours and it was 90* plus outside then back in the garage After about 5 days sitting in the garage I noticed the paint was slicker. Then I put the 303 Graphene detailer on and it made it slicker but I was still expecting better. Then after another 5 days sitting in the garage OMG!! It’s like glass now!! So far I absolutely love this stuff How long will it last?……probably a long time on my Chevelle it’s not a daily driver.

I am sure the 303 Graphene is very good. However, I am using Turtle Wax Ceramic Hybrid on my new 2021 GMC Sierra AT4 (Cayenne Red Tintcoat). The Turtle Wax beads water and lasts a very long time. However, you need to do two coats (esp on the hood) for maximum benefit. Trick to applying -- let it set up and then micro fiber buff it off.

You should also try those products in different positions, ie. bottom left or bottom right.

I personally use the technicians choice for a drying aid to my ceramic coating. Love the results of it!

How do you use it as a drying agent? I don't have ceramic on my car but applying the TC to my car it's lasting a good while

I just put this on my wife's car. (I did post on my KZread). I love it. I've had on my truck for about a month.. im curious to see if it holds out in Houston weather 🤔

I like it too! It's easy to apply and comes off a bit easier than the 303 Graphene but I will say since my car is outside its whole life, I've found the 303 to last a whole month with plenty of rinses vs the turtle wax hybrid; I was lucky if I saw more than 2 weeks with repetitive rinsing thru a touch less car wash

Totally agree. Easy on/off, no residue, very slick afterwards. 303 graphene leaves A LOT of graphite residue.

Do you discard the applicator and towels after use or do you wash and reuse?

You got a much nicer box than what mine came in. Lol. I found whatever applicator you use just throw it away when your done using it. There’s no cleaning it out. Thats what i found after using it.

I just purchased a new vehicle that will have the clear paint protection on the entire hood and mirrors. What would you recommend on using as a sealer for the car and the clear coating? I use the 303 products on my boat and they seem to work well. I should get the car in a couple weeks and want to have what I need to seal the vehicle

Is the TEC 582 more of a detail spray than a heavy grade protection? In my thinking, the TEC 582 is not really designed to be a long-term protection since they do make a paint coating. Just my two cents.

Appreciate your way of doing & explaining, but I have only one point to clear ==> When you check the temperature on these coatings they should be checking from the other side !! That means you should check the temperatures of the windscreen by sitting inside the car ?? Because on the Surfaces it will always show the same surface temperatures unconditionally, but if 303 graphene coating really reduces the temperature, then in that case you should check from the other side of the applied surfaces to ascertain it's claims ??? Take a ceramic Nanobond 9h- 10h hard coat with this 303 graphene coating topper it can't be beat.. I like double stacking the toppers. 2 weeks solid so far.. but I love 303 products especially their Tire coating and protectant.. because I'll take a product that actually protects the tires along with a beautiful satin finish over a high gloss tire shine that will crack an dry rot your tires

Never have I had the tyres crack on the side wall, they always crack between the tread, how would applying a whatever to the sidewall help cracking in the tread?

@@rich.dodd1 I can honestly say I have never had a tire cracking between the Treads unless the tires old needing replaced. But dry rot on sidewall of a tire is not uncommon I've seen a lot of it from people using chemicals that are in tire shines that actually dry up the tire's sidewalls and cause cracking if not constantly used

I think ceramic coatings and graphene coatings are amazing but a little over hyped. Can't wait to see what the future holds for advancements in products that are even better than ceramic and graphene coatings.

On Apex detailing his tests showed the 303 doing quite well? So user experience does vary with any product.

Real world testing is not going to be as harsh as using heavy cleaners on it generally...

I was expecting a LOT more. My Fusso Coat + BSD as a topper combo eats all of these for breakfast 😊

I use a NanoBond 9H Hardcoat with 303 graphene spay Topper double stacked an my car is good summer fall Winter and Spring.. Don't do much car washing in the Winter so shit needs to be stout.. but that 303 graphene spray seems to hold up hella good to salted winter roads

I applied it on my 2014 F150 Oxford White....it was coated with some stuff at the dealer and the paint is very close to as new.......I'll let you know I guess..

I use the Technicians Choice as a spray on and rinse off spray wax on unprotected cars. Now you put it on straight and it lasted 2 weeks in a sense, 1 wash and it was gone. Then when do some claim to get 6-8 months protection out of it? Is that only if it’s never washed?

When he checks the temperature, all four product are connected to one giant piece of hot metal, they are not separate pieces of metal and independent of each other. If one was cooler the three other parts are spreading their heat onto the cooler part
