Rode mine for about 500km mostly flat and fast terrain now. It is of nice quality, nice looking, easy to build (105Di2/ultegra mix for me). It is not lightweight and feel, It is not faster than other aero bikes but fast and supports a nice aero position if you can hold it. Had some creaking issues but getting better. It is influenced by wind from the side a lot. Would I buy it again - yes. Price is great for the quality and looks. Will I still ride it next season? I think maybe something with a little less surface? Difficult to tell and test if it just looks and feels fast or really is. Guess that is why no real reviews.

  • @Horstelin

You really want to keep the space between the top cap and expander to a minimal. The more space you have there, the less surface there is for your stem to grip onto. Obviously you also don't want "negative" space there, otherwise you're not applying preload to your bearings. 1-2mm should be plenty if you measured carefully.

Anyway, my height of 176 also made me order exact the same size and color as yours. I have been riding my Falath Pro Disc for a week or so since finishing my build. I chose 105 as for my personal situation it was the best cost/performance balance, Fulcrum racing 4 wheelset and Pirelli P Zero's. I already own a Tarmac (2011-12 model with 105) and a Giant TCR 2019 also with 105. Love both the Tarmac and TCR, although really enjoy returning to the Tarmac it just has a special feel. My impression of the Falath so far is that it feels eager to be pushed and fast and has also got that special something that the Tarmac has. After bedding in my breaks I did a 55k loop that I do fairly regularly when I can't fit in a longer ride. While having a headwind for a large chunk which turned into a sidewind for the return leg and meeting some late afternoon traffic to slow me a little, I still did the loop about 2kph faster than usual. Hope my first impressions help.

I hope to get my frame very soon. I'm starting to get a little disappointed that it's taking so long. "We have.a new factory that is opening in May to relieve the pressure caused by the backlog." The transport will surely take another 1-2 weeks. Then I need certainly a week (something is always missing) to build everything together. Means unfortunately that I have to expect that I can ride the bike only in a few weeks, even if it leaves the new factory today. Annoying, since I no longer have my other road bike. Now I have to go with a TT all the time. Ok, there are worse.
