300+ PLANT TOUR UPDATE | How did I take care of my plants after leaving them for a month? 😎

Well, first of all, Hello!!! I miss you guys. 😍
How to take care of over 300 plants if you are away for a month or longer? The key is to have your plants in a semi-hydroponics set-up with a self-watering feature. I understand that this can be very costly if you have a massive collection just like I do, but there are ways to hack this set-up using deli containers or any glass vessels and jars that you might already have lying around your house. The idea is to have your plants drink from the bottom where you have your water/nutrients reservoir.
In my case, I had my husband who is by the way has zero experience in taking care of plants, to help. Since I already have all of my 300+ plants in Lechuza Pon (I have a video about this in my channel | • 💚 Why I moved 200+ pla... ), plant care was a breeze and with very minimal (just one: RIP Alocasia micholitziana) casualty. I only needed him because I have seedlings and smaller plants that require his watering but for the most part, my well established bigger pots of plants didn't need him at all. His job was only to add and refill my reservoirs that were completely empty and this requires scanning my entire collection once or twice a month and refill the ones that require more water.
The main thing that made everything easy is having my 300+ plants in Lechuza Pon or semi-hydroponics set-up, I cannot stress this enough. I am not affiliated with the company, I just love the product because it has made my plant collection a more enjoyable hobby. I understand that is often out of stock on some places but there are also DIY options available on the web to achieve similar results. I am currently working on a DIY pon myself due to the same reason that it is hard to find sometimes so follow along to my plant journey if you don't want to miss this video project.
Thank you all so much for your support and I hope you enjoy the Plant Tour winter update! 😘💚
love,
Peachy

I got mine from Ecuador as well and I love how it didn’t lose its leaves at all during acclimation, it stayed pretty strong! Good luck on yours! 💚

Amazing collection! Why you wanna get rid of syngoniums? Im trying to collect them. Are those plants hard to keep up with?

I haven’t cracked the code on their care yet, they hate me!!! Except the chiapense. They are just growing wonky and dull in colors. I am losing the variegation that I love about them. I am gaining more reason to get rid of them than to keep them unfortunately. If you’re growing them nicely, how are you doing it??? I would keep them if they just get pretty. 😬

@@plantandstylewithpeachy a main problem with syngoniums are that they faid away quickly. The colors go away fast in most of them. Although albo is a decent one and you should try to build an albo tower! Its so beautiful. Im struggling as well keeping them in good condition. I have all plants in soil and thinking to get them in pon. Its still a struggle to find the perfect time to water 🙃
