    I loved this. I did it at the end of my bed and when I sat up my husband snickered and said "you look ready to go to sleep." And he's not wrong. Goodnight. The light in me honors the light on you. Namaste

    I’ve just started doing yoga and this by far is my favorite nighttime routine. I suffer from anxiety and insomnia but when I do this routine I fall asleep easier and my mind is relaxed.

    Dear Sara Beth, ive try this with my teen daughter for 3 days in a row. After we both sometimes have difficulties to sleep. We both agree this video help us to sleep better : faster to get sleep, calming, enchance quality of sleep. In the morning I woke up more fresh.. Thank you so much. 😍🌺😇

    I've been suffering from insomnia the last few years. I've tried everything that I find. Hopefully this will help. Tonight was my first attempt and I definitely feel more relaxed. I actually started to fall asleep a few times while doing it!!!! Thank you!

    Relatively new to Hatha yoga. Some limited mobility makes certain positions challenging. Laying face down is quite uncomfortable but I was able to adjust to a relaxing pose. Will try this several times as I increase flexibility. Thank you.

    Great therapeutic language and relaxing tone of voice. I will subscribe. I'm a caregiver for my elderly parents, so usually the only time I can carve out for yoga is at night, after I've settled them in bed. In so into yin. Namaste.

    I wanted to get a sneak peak of this before I left work and I have to say the combo of the music and your voice was very soothing and I was entranced. I usually listen to tambura music when I want to relax or meditate, simply because that's what I was taught, but this was great! Can't wait to try it tonight with my husband so I can fully engage.
