Join me for the next 30 minutes as we strengthen and define our arms, shoulders, and abs! This resistance trainining workout includes a total of 4 rounds with 6 differnt exercises for the upper body and 2 rounds of 7 exercises dor the abs and obliques!

EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 20lbs / 7 to 9kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy!

2 ROUNDS (TOTAL OF 4)
2 TIMES THROUGH EACH ROUND
3 EXERCISES PER ROUND
WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN ROUNDS: 60 SECONDS
ABS & OBLIQUES
1 ROUNDS (TOTAL OF 2)
2 TIMES THROUGH EACH ROUND
WORK: 4O SECONDS REST: 15 SECONDS

I love that you don't redo the take when mistakes are made or you struggle through an exercise. It motivates me to see you struggle as well. You are fabulous.
I must say that my arms are really toned and have a lot of definition. And my abs do not look like the 70 year old woman I used to see in the mirror. I'm so proud of myself. Thank you, Kayleigh, for encouraging, telling us we can do this, giving us fantastic workouts and for being our best workout buddy ever. Oh, and did I mention that my grandkids think I should try out for American Ninja Warrior, lol! Hahaha, if I was 30 years younger, I just might😂

I am 71 and work out daily at home. Just found Kaleigh a week ago and now doing only her workouts every day! (I don't think, act, dress, or look "old lady", lol, and NO wimpy weights, NO 'senior moves'!
