30-Minute Meal: Pepper Steak over Rice(d) Cauliflower

Quick, one-pot meal that’s high in protein and low in carbs. #ricedcauliflower #lowcarb
1/2 lb - 1 lb. bottom round steak meat thinly sliced and cut into strips.
1. Season meat to your liking and marinate if possible.
2.  Sauté onion, bell pepper and minced garlic and extra-virgin olive oil.
3.  Once vegetables are soft, add meat. Sauté until brown.
4. Sprinkle with brown gravy powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and beef base.
5. Add one can of Italian diced tomatoes or fire, roasted tomatoes. Add 2 TBsp. Sugar
6. For a spicier kick, add Siracha chili sauce.
7. Serve over riced cauliflower.
