This week's video is a 30 minute gentle yoga sequence for tight arms and legs. We'll work on opening up the chest, triceps, and shoulders, as well as the hamstrings and hips. You'll need a yoga strap and a bolster or something similar. Always work within a pain-free range.

    Candace, amazing video! This got me loose and relaxed for the day! I can't find any vids on the breathing aspect. Do you have one. In Jiu Jitsu many practitioners do it and I want to learn. Thanks again!!!!!
