Barre feels like such an awesome complement to strength training and running. The mobility work and targeting those stabilizing muscles is challenging but important! Feels like the medicine I don’t want to take, but something my body needs!

Yay!!! More Barre! I found you a couple of years ago because of your challenging Barre workouts. I used to be a heavy lifter, but babies and scoliosis have made that so hard on my body. I love the gentle intensity of Barre and am so glad to see a new one!

Great to have Caroline join! Took a while for me to get into the groove, since I'm more accustomed to strength workouts. I was into it by the last circuit. Definitely coming back to this one when I need to switch things up and still get a good sweat in!

OMG!!! I didn't know what to expect and it was challenging! Thank goodness for the pause button - I had to go back and do some of the movements again. I am going to do this again without pauses and with weights!!! Thank you for a great workout!

This was one of my favorite barre workouts! It worked all my small muscles and had some great 'physical therapy' type moves that are great for knee support!

I've been following you for a few years now, and I must say that thanks to your workouts, I've made significant improvements in my fitness level. I'm even confident enough to call myself 'fit' now. However, I did encounter a setback due to my lack of focus on proper posture, which resulted in an iliopsoas injury. Currently, I'm easing back into workouts at a slower pace, and it would be absolutely amazing if you could create a 'Better Posture' series that specifically targets posture improvement and promotes longevity. While I've found some helpful content related to posture on your channel already, having a dedicated program to follow would bring me immense joy. I genuinely believe it would benefit numerous individuals dealing with issues like hunched backs, anterior pelvic tilt, or the increasingly common 'tech neck' syndrome. Your efforts, Lindsay, and the entire nourishmovelove team, have made a significant impact on my fitness journey. Thank you!

That was amazing! I love barre, it looks so easy but is soooooo challenging! 😅 I had to remove the ankle weights for the lunges as the added weight kept pushing me off balance! 😂 I’ll work on that… Thanks for sharing another awesome workout, much love, girls! ❤

I've been following for 3 months now. It's been awesome I'm 45 living with MS and I'm stronger then I've ever been. My balance had even improved. I'm currently on a trip & it's the 1st time ever I've exercised while on vacation. Thank you for what you do. Keep up the great work. One little tip I will share is I use a weighted vest for leg days so I don't have to hold so much with my limited grip. Could you make a video using weighted vests?? Keep up the great work. 😊
