Another perfect class! Preferences for poses? Not really…I find that anything you focus your classes on, I always benefit 100% from them. The sound of the ocean was the optimal background for final relaxation 🤩 Thank you Tim! 🙏🏻

I loved the headstand balance worked into the practice. I am now successful doing this. Also, the lunge stretches - I literally shocked myself when I attempted the full splits! I am close! I was a gymnast 48 years ago and had splits stretch. Now, thanks to finding your channel and practices, I have regained flexibility but most thankful for mobility. Joining the CMC today. Thank you for what you do daily. 😉💙

I've been following the yogo practice from this video everyday for weeks, finding my body and health improved significantly and now I'm a lot more flexible and feel energetic. Thanks Tim so much. Especially the counting from 10 relaxing part at the end is phenomenal. I'm hoping to have this relaxing methodology on your every yoga videos onwards at the end. Hey, Tim, if I had written down the concise practice I wanted to do today, this would have been it, so today was just about perfect. 😎 I like the minimum cues, along with the options that allow us to go at our level and feel accomplished. Honestly, I don't like to practice yoga outdoors 🙄but when you're outdoors, I love practicing with you. 😄 Great to see your channel growing, Tim. Give Ollie a head scratch for me, and thank you! 🤗

Nice class for a lazy morning Sunday :) after a few days completely disconnected from yoga practice , it was a lovely practice . The sound of the waves was super energetic . For more videos with the sounds of the waves , it would be great . Thanks Tim 🙏

This was awesome Tim, thank you! Still on our tropical far north Queensland holiday. I used a coconut for a block 😂😂. That said, today's practice I will be repeating for a while as I have a lot more progress to make with this sequence. Thank you for continuing to bring out the strengths and weaknesses to work on and bringing positivity daily to our lives. 🥰

Love the class💕love the location 💕the sound of the waves💕🌊 and wonder of wonders , I managed to pull off the bind on left side! Have tried to get it right so many times to no avail, that I had resigned myself to the fact, that this is not to be(like the shirshasana)And today out of the blue it happened so easily 🎉I'm in seventh heaven🌟Thanks so much Tim🌟🌱🌊🎉🏵️💎🌄✨

Another great practice . I like the extended side angle details. I hurt myself getting into the bind a few years ago and with your guidance today and a few other videos I was able to very gently go back into the full bind. Thank you!

This was a fantastic calming way to start the day :) All the spinal work feels amazing, I needed to add in some backbends at the end to balance them out because my spine feels wonky otherwise. The countdown shavasana at the end was such a treat, thank you!
