@@TheJourneyofJosh Well Kathmandu itself is very ancient and historical place. Just like some cities in Europe. Many places inside Kathmandu are congested because they are market places and there are temples and stupas everywhere. It is hard enough to walk already and top of that four wheelers and motorbikes do not help. I think city needs to allow only bicycles and long cart like open an Electric Vehicles which can carry 30 40 people at once and has speed of 5 to 10 miles per hour. It does not take that much space either.
