Also, i see you take pics of the tags but if the item is in a sealed package should I open it or just take a picture from the outside?

Is there a reason why you price some things at $199 or $99 instead of $200 and $100? Is that a sales tactic? also if I have the same item, a hoodie, of different sizes should I bulk sell them or no ? if I sent you a picture of what I'm trying to sell would you be able to tell me if I'm selling it too high or too low?
