@@SamsonTV Just got it finished last night, took a while as I ran a comparison against GSP also to make sure it was worthwhile. I came across something really strange though, looking at my site on a private network using Tor with a VPN (in another country) I found that the prices & shipping rates on my listings had inflated by around 10% so one listing which was listed at 29.99 GBP was showing at 33.23 GBP, this amount also changed when I selected a new country via the country selection on the shipping section of the listing- & in a few countrys such as USA & Canada the price didn't change at all. Seems really odd, I think I need to discuss with eBay but thought it might be worth letting you know as it could affect you also.

Ha ha, bit of fun today, just to add to costs of doing business on eBay, relisting from Yesterday (here in Europe, at least), June 5, all our listings automatically have the 'promoted listings' added. Hmmm, really? So all sellers now will have this, so how do we win if every item listed has this 'promotion'? eBay just scamming, average additional 6.5% on top of all our listings, manually have to remove them all, but, of course, it still applies for 30 days. BEWARE of eBays continuing gouging. After 16 years, we close all our accounts on eBay, July 31. 100K in annual fees goes a long way in other promotions!

Wow, I am surprised to hear this. Was this after end and relisting where the promotion was added or just GTC items starting their new cycle?

Do you happen to have a link to a price sheet for people shipping from the US?

I add 10 percent loading ebay charges on postage to my shipping cost - I also always want a signature in delivery for international post so increases the cost

Hey Samson do I need to add the dimensions of the package using this method? I thought that if an item was over a certain size regardless of weight we might get charged more? Cheers Stefan

Hey Samson have you done any videos on GST? I haven't registered yet (not at 75k) but wondering how it would work if my purchases are from FB Marketplace mostly with some op shop buys. Would I just need to pay the 10% out of all my sales and be unable to claim anything back from purchases? Thank you for your content, always really clear and helpful!

Do you just tick ''Gift'' on the customs declaration form? Or do you actually go to the trouble of finding the HS Tariff Number on every International sale?

I would definitely contact customer support. Sounds like this has to do with the recent changes to how eBay collects VAT.

Just out of interest, do you get much negative feedback for customs costs? - I'm thinking of putting a disclaimer in my descriptions
