Faux locs have come a long way. I remember in 2016 people were getting box braids (not knotless braids BOX BRAIDS) and wrapping their hair with Marley hair to give the illusion of locs. Rip to everyones edges due to traction alopecia that summer.

Another great way to add on human hair ends is to crochet the human hair through the loc then wrap over it. It will last long longer! Great video! I’m a faux loc artist in STL❤️🥰 love all your videos btw!

This is beautiful, you gotta try wrap & lock hair . It’s basically locs with a long piece of hair left out to wrap around your natural hair so you won’t have to buy Marley hair or spring twist to wrap . But if your hair is 8 inches or longer you would still need at least 2 packs of wrap hair . It’s a great method for short hair

I currently have faux locs, I got them Aug 15th, I redid the front 2wks after to refresh and I'm still in love but after a while the weight gets to you no matter you have them up or down.
