Sounds like I should dig the old DSi out of the drawer. . .

Any updates on these kinds of things, and also if there's been any research done how these types of things affect ADHD adults? (If Brain Age really can help with working memory, then I bet it's quite cheap by now. And don't forget that DS games work on 3DS too, so if you or your kid has one already, all you'd need is the game cart!)

Not much has changed over the last 12 years since Dr Barkley gave this presentation. Video game executive skills training is still the best way rather then pay Pearson thousands of dollars for CogMed. You will need to keep doing them for the rest of your life to sustain the growth. The other thing is that memory skills training/executive skills training does not generalise. If you get good at it, it won't necessarily help you elsewhere in life or make you more intelligent.
