I'm more interested in the budget scene than the high end nowadays.. some stuff is such a nice gateway drug to get people into the hobby

The Celest Phoenixcall is probably the most beautiful IEM I've seen with a perfectly matching cable (In the pink/blue combo). It's probably at the competes with its peers in terms of audio performance

which mic could i use wirh it for good mic sound?

With a little more, do you think that the Kefine Delci would be a better option?

Hi sir, iam about to buy simgot ew200. It's going to be my 1st iem. I know ur the basshead.. still u rate ew200 very highly.. i definitely want to check out what impressed you.. any suggestions? Any alternate to look for?

This is where individual ear anatomy can make a difference on how we hear things. I'm an old school basshead who loves the 808, prefer quality and quantity bass cz I'm greedy and as many details as I can get without sacrificing good bass. Everything doesn't need to be a basshead set but the bass has to be on point. I have a similar library to yours with the addition of EDM and pop but definitely hear some sets differently. I have og Wyvern which I originally Eq'd bass but now enjoy it with or without eq. I love Kill Jill which somehow I'd never heard before your intro, so thank ya 😁 hopefully one day I'll get to hear the Grand Maestro!

Too bad he didn't like this one but it feels like he was a bit hard on it for the money. I don't really expect it to do anything exceptional but it also doesn't appear to do anything really wrong either. I think this is the first really negative review I've seen on the Wyvern Abyss so far. I'm waiting for my set to arrive so, hopefully, I won't feel the same way. 🤞 In any case, I guess they'll at least be pretty to look at. 🙂

HBB, since you said that you expected to like an this IEM because it looked like an Aria style tuning but without the treble issues, I am wondering: Have you tried the Aria 2? Because it is basically exactly that - an Aria with better treble.

Is the abyss tuned different from the og wyvern? If i remember correctly, the og wyvern was just a meh set. They just changed the faceplate and colorway and suddenly its hyped.

The face plate on this set looks really nice, Kinera do make really good looking shells

There are some many good under $30-ish sets. The TRN Conch is pretty impressive, and are similar to the Simgot EW200, but with tuning nozzles, and a nicer cable. Once you get closer to $50 the Z300 stands out as much better, below $20 the QKZxHBB is still an easy pick.

Budget set after a while 🔥

A good set for around $30.00 dollars U.S. is the EPZ Q1 PRO. Very solid set.

Aw, was aiming to get this set, but would still get it because I want to try it out in gaming-related purpose as the company claimed it.

Wild how competitive the 30 dollar range is these days. I think it really is worth it to resist grabbing a few of these budget sets though and grab the next tier up if you're able. I'm loving the mid tier life so far lol

It would be awesome if you really like how the shells look then it would fit your library, but life is truly not that easy ... and a yes a video about better IEMs in that budget would be really great or even a whole series if you have the time ...

Very interesting, easy between competes and buy it to my ears. Better resolution and fit than other budget sets and looks pretty to boot. Fascinating how ears differ. So much time in the world, too little to spend with budget sets ya feel me?

I almost got it for the looks alone but then I got my senses back and left it behind 🤭

I am eyeing this set but settled with Legato and not regretting it.
