30 CLOSE UP TAKEOFFS and LANDINGS LOS ANGELES ONTARIO Airport Plane Spotting [ONT/KONT]
Featured Aircraft: A220s, A300s, A320s, A321s, A350s, ATR42s, B727s, B737s, B757s, B767s, B777s, E175s, MD11s & SA227s!
Ontario Airport is located east of the city of Los Angeles, one of aviation's most famous international gateways. This airport is a massive freight airport, acting as a large base for airlines such as UPS, FedEx and even the west coast base for Amerijet! This video is filmed along side the southern perimeter of the airfield and this particular spot allows for some incredible up close opportunities to watch the action!
Also featured in this video is one of my rarest catches to date, that being The Raytheon Technologies Boeing 727-200 with modifications, the most famous is the aircraft being fitted with the nose of an F-15 fighter. Not only was a able to catch this brilliant and rare aircraft in action, I was also able to get incredibly close up to it as it taxied up towards the end of the runway!

The LA Metropolitan has the most airports and the busiest air traffic in the world.

ONT is the main hub for logistics. It’s incredible how many flights per day they get between UPS and FedEx!

0:47 - somehow I can just picture the designers & engineers discussing the MD11 regarding the need to 'fill up the usable space' on that airframe... seeing the spot at the base of the tail above the fuselage and agreeing: "Well, look at all that empty space - why not place another massive engine there?" And so it was to be; seems to work just fine.

Hawaiian Airlines flies to Australia and New Zealand from Ontario (ONT) and many Pacific Rim and Pacific Islands and so does China Airlines.
That Raytheon 727 is another level of loud. Live 3 miles from the air port and you know it's Voodoo1 taking off. Also, the UPS 747s land around 2100hrs.
