Congrats on 10k! When I started this full time in 2018, my mind just totally switched off real estate, I used to love watching million dollar listing lol, and it just flipped off...for 3 to 4 years I listened to nothing but youtube content. Listening to what sold videos while driving, hearing all those brands everyday. Probably one of the most important things you can do.

You remind me of mission side hustle. My wife has ADHD and its difficult to persuade her to get on board with me on ebay due to her mental health, but she is trying. We cannot forget mental health plays a big part in staying focus and setting long and short goals.

Whatnot has made it so much easier to buy stock, I can list items on eBay & buy stock at the same time from home. Charity shops have become expensive here in the UK. Brilliant video, thank you so much.

Mr Johnson I just need to let you know how much I needed this video today. The true been there done that encouragement is so inspiring to me and I'm sure others. The part about wanting a higher salary but not changing what's inside is so on point for me this day. I definitely need to self audit and grow as a person first so I can grow in other areas of my life. The whole mentality of do the same thing but expect a different outcome speaks volumes about ME. My first year selling i made 800.00 dollars... Selling is not for me.

Hello, I just got a return request for a pair of shorts AFTER the 30 day free return period. Buyer reason was didn’t like and didn’t fit. I had all the measurements in description and in photos. eBay states I don’t need to accept the return because it was after 30 days, what would you do in this case? I don’t want to get scammed or have any damage to my store. In the past providing them the return label has been the most difficult for whatever reason. Thoughts?

Did the buyer leave you positive feedback? If they did then they can't leave you negative feedback. If you don't want your store damaged you can block the buyer. As a seller you always want to treat people with respect. I believe in your case the buyer would have to pay for return shipping and depending on what they purchased the item for it may not be worth it to them to send it back. I would not pay for return shipping. Good luck.

Advise eBay what's up, they will tell you that you are not responsible for anything further and if they leave neg feedback, notify eBay and they will remove it because buyer did not follow rules.
