3 year ownership review on Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. It’s slow, it’s quirky and it’s fun!

Got a 2020 Black covert edition.. Playing in the hills.. hauling junk away from my house.. Cruising in the summer time with the top off and the doors..she's solid✌🏿

It's a shame that Jeep didn't offer the Gladiator with the 5.7L Hemi V8.

Mine's not "slow" at all...I have NEVER said to myself in ANY driving situation "This Jeep needs more power" -- the gas V6 N-A Pentastar is fine. Had mine (Rubicon) for almost 3 years now...and it's still OEM/factory stock except your superficial "mods" (locking gas cap, silicone wiper blades, hard bed-cover/tonneau and gas struts for the hood). Don't need any lift, larger tires, re-gearing or even something like a Tazer. It's fine as-is (for me). -- BR

Funny start the vid with stangs. I got a 95 GT. I see you live in MA, im in RI. My 22 Rubi is awesome. Biggest bummer is last summer was a complete washout. Think it rained 14 of 16 weekends, and rained during the week. Hopefully this year we will have some dry weather so i can take off the entire top. Also during winter we had little snow. Havent even had to put in 4x4. Nevermind lockers 😢

I liked my 21 overland so much I traded it for a 23 Mojave. Kinda kicking myself because the 23 was used with 6k on it. I coulda got a new one now with the 15% off. A little more power would def be welcome

Love the interior design of the whole cabin in your Rubicon. Obviously the exterior styling on them is awesome. Like you said, I’m the same as you, there could always be more usable power and grunt…but they are nice and capable for New England. 👍🏻 Plus, it’s a Jeep. That right there puts it in my top choices.

Nice truck. Going to trade my F150 in next summer for one as I don't really need a full size truck anymore. Needs at least 35's though. Fills up the wheel wells nicely. From what I hear it doesn't affect the already shitty gas mileage much anyways. Thank you for the review.

The Gladiators get 17-20 mpg..that’s actually pretty good!

I feel the 3.6 is about right in the 2 door, but its at least 1000 lbs lighter.

Surprised more people don't put a snail on these. I don't mind the slow cruise. Road noise is pretty bad with the stock MT tires thougj
