Hey this has been one of the most helpful videos for me. Talking about feelings and symptoms really clicked. I'm an intermediate rider that gets stiff in corners and really struggled. This has really helped me open up my stance, and gain a lot of range of motion. Feet level -WITH THE GROUND- was the key pointer tip for me. I feel way more balanced and for the first time and really snap the rear tire hard. Thanks Mr Same wife, same minivan! -Cameron

Super sick Love this where do you ride? Looks like maybe out west on my tiny little phone picture version of you!
That was very helpful! Although my goals are modest, I want to improve my cornering so I’m all in for the kinetic squats! I get what you’re saying and I can adapt and make use of it. Thanks😊 I really like how you address your comments to the “dads with responsibilities”. They need guys like you who speak to the realities of their lives! I’m the mom/stepmom/mother-in-law to 5 awesome responsible guys! BTW I’m a 75 year old female who loves riding trails on my Trek Fuel Exe😊

That’s legit. I literally seasoned 98 percent of the time in college. We built freeride features on a 1.5 mile course with 177 feet of elevation change. Hosted the Red Bull night shift. I’m actually putting this into a video now I think you should def session!

Makes a lot of sense. My back goes into spasm after a few laps on the pump track

Try more plank. Straight arm pull downs with your body bent over and back straight. Plank is king. High, low and side. Set a timer and do them every day.

that could be for a lot of different reasons lol. Sorry that's happening. Keep on working out and seek some PT (professional) if you keep getting issues!
As a 44 year old dad with a desk job I feel targeted here lol
