I was A la Carte however I revamped my prices and combine the pricing. It’s ranged now. I am def worth A la Carte however I need to build my clientele first.

Thank you so much. I’ll soon be finish with cosmetology school and it seems everyone struggles with pricing starting out. Some are not sure because they don’t feel like they have enough experience to charge a higher price. I’ve been doing hair all my life and have so much experience and I thought I was going to school just to get my license, not saying that I knew it all but Theory really broke down a lot and I learned so much more about everything I was doing. I want to let you know you are one of the reasons why I went back. I also do barbering and was thinking of going to school for that as well. I have been looking into getting my teachers license to be some an educator. Each one teach one. Soooo important. I want to invest in someone else as well. Thank you and please keep the videos coming. I watch them all the time and over and over again🥰🥰🥰🥰

Just do it, don't wait. You can order the study books on line and study and test for your instructor license. Check with your state for requirements for the license exam. Find barber school that will teach you the basics to barber. Some states don't require a cosmetologist and barber license. Good luck!! Keep moving!🤑✌🙏

Hey there @Devon Smith, I’ve been a hairdresser for 30 years! So I’m confident in telling you to keep at it. You can do it. Follow great hairdressers like Angel and others that are doing what you want to do. Pick up what you need and put your spin on it and voila. KEEP INVESTING IN YOURSELF AND YOUR BUSINESS. Pick something you love to do master it in your sleep 😂 and market that service on social media and you’ll be busy in no time. I’m telling you that I’ve built a clientele in 3 different cities at different times in my career so I know it can be done. There is enough business for you too. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND YOUR SKILLSET! I believe in you. I’m praying a successful business for you. Keep shining bright💫

I know in my heart this is what I'm supposed to do in life, it makes me happy. My mind just goes into a different dimension when I make time to practice on my dolls. The fact that you said "it could be done", gives me hope. I just have find my niche, master it and, put my foot out there and make that first step. There is no reward without trying.

And for the people that aren’t supportive no worries use that as fuel to propel you so far in life and your career that you won’t even notice them anymore because you’ll be surrounded by people who WILL support you and your business.
