Happy to help!
Loved these! I’m going to have to repeat to myself, “Don’t fiddle with it”. Thanks for continuing to produce these.
Dear Paul, The exercises you propose today strongly demonstrate that watercolor has an effect on our emotions, our mood...and even our health. Focusing on colors and their movements allows us to let go and no longer focus on our own worries and constraints. Thank you for accompanying us on this journey that brings joy, peace, and the desire to live better. I enjoy your tutorial and participate almost everyday in the FB challenges. Sel Avi = Isabelle

Well, that was fun! I'll be trying them all later this afternoon. Hello from USA...Arkansas.
Those poppies made me so happy, I must try soon. The Africa exercise reminds me of one of my first trys at watercolor with cheap paper and paints, your venice video practice. I'll have to try it again with a couple years of experience and better supplies. As always so instructive.
As an ancient, enthusiastic beginner, I really can’t wait to try these. I am here for the first time, what a great teacher you are. Thank you!

Thanks for helping teach this wonderful medium. You’re a great conversationalist. Spread this those schools who have not. Teach people how to teach. Teach seniors. Spread your talents for and wide. 🎉. Travel here to Canada’s and hold competitions for your nest artist oh the summer. Put it in a museum. Teach the most expensive are not always best. Hold a new ten week course and reward with basic watercolour tools. You’re an inspiration. God bless 🎉😊😢

Well, I can see a problem I’m going to have; I now live in Arizona, the Sonoran desert where the majestic Saguaro cactus 🌵 live. It’s almost June and the humidity will begin to rise a bit but my mixed paint and washes on my paper dry nearly instantly. It’s a challenge for sure. 3 wonderful lessons to try.😊

I am more of a botanical painter but this flower spoke to me and would probably speak to my friends more so than a botanical flower. It is something that one can turn to and stare. However, the little peak of your bricks buildings you painted with much more control spoke to me as well. Thank you for this little tutorial I think I can do.

Paul, I love your paintings and your teaching techniques 😊 I wanted to see your book so I got a copy from the library to review, loved it and straight away ordered my own copy. I painted the poppies and upon doing my splatters I noticed I splattered all over the page in the book 😮I thought it was funny until I realized it was the library copy...well I hope the next person has as much fun as I did😅 I look forward to your intros and to see what you are sipping 🍷 ❤😅 I hooked a friend on to you and she also bought you book. Can't wait to get my copy so I can splatter in it Best regards, Jan Martin , Colorado, USA

Oh man, just the thing, thank you! I just got some 'autumn' colors watercolor paints, which I don't need but they were so pretty. Anyway, these exercises will be great for playing with them. And it occurred to me, these exercises would be great for testing paper, too. I got some cheap watercolor paper and I don't think it behaves well with good paints. Now I can play, with no expectations, just fun. Again, thank you.
