JFYI; If you are visiting Meghamalai, Suruli falls or any other tourist attraction near Chinnamanur in Theni and in group (more than 10 people), then this party hall (Laxmi Mahal) would be a good place to stay as it provides a clean budget accommodation better than a lodge and has only basic amenities. Cost of the stay is reasonable compared to hotels or lodges in Chinnamanur. If you travel in a Tour operated Van, then this can be reached from bypass road. Call and book early as this is a party hall hosting bulk group stay on reservation only.

வா அலைக்கும் ஸலாம்

Went there last weekend! Recommended for Bachelors and partying.. The place located is just above the foothills very far from the actual meghamalai (Not the mountaineous region) where you will never get the chill climate at all. Definitely not worth a penny for the food they give. Most people came there for booze, unsafe to go there with family with kids.

not at all. there are two separate upstairs with separate steps one for bachelors and one for families. food is decent and ok. and it was sooo chill also. it was shivering. and... this was not a promotional video. we too paid for everything. but honestly when we went everything was ok. better than other hotels over there...
